Very helpful. I have been paralyzed since age 4 (Polio) and will be 70 in December. Each year brings new challenges due to changes in my body and declining strength. I am truly grateful for what you and others are teaching me about different ways to cope with these difficult challenges. God bless you. You are making a difference in my life for the better. Thank you so very much.
True based informstion ,because im also a whealchair user.there is no problem in routine work.the main issue is accessibility and ramp etc in our country.thanks for sharing my friend.
thank you for the video help. I have 2nd-ary progressive MS and struggle with getting myself put together.. So I am watching videos like this trying to get faster.
The part I struggled with is falling over when I tried bringing my leg up to me but now I lean my chair against my bed so that my weight is against the back rest and I don’t fall forward when I pull on my leg to get it up on my lap. Also stay in that position to get my shirts started because I will fall over if my hands are in the air to long.
super..interesting and very informative video(again)!! Thanx.. Can you also show how you do it (dressing -undressing ) while you are in bed too? Also i didnt understand well how you put on/off theese (every) shoes (maybe cause my poor english hahah).. Nevermind Go on!! again you are great!
Yes that's a perk or a downfall of being a wheelchair user depending on your situation. It's good if you don't have much money. It's bad if you want something new! I was really excited when I wore out a pair of really cheap canvas shoes! Lol It happens very rarely but then when I was short of money I couldn't ever really justify buying any new footwear. I can walk very short distances but it's very painful so I usually use a powered wheelchair.

Accessibility is a major issue, it seems. Fortunately, my state is pretty accessible. However, I used to go to college where accessibility was awful.
