Love the video! We may just buy a box because of your endorsement 🤠
That’s amazing to hear!!!!!
Heeeey wait a minute...
@@cyberoverkill5844 it’s exactly what you think it is 🤫🤐
We cancelled our subscription Good Ranchers are very dishonest
HAHA
Steakhouse and restaurant steaks are dry-aged, whereas grocery store steaks are wet-aged. That's the primary reason the flavor is so different between the two.
Interesting. One of my objections was the quality of getting frozen instead of “fresh”. All my life I looked down on it being frozen. Looking forward to trying this out
what does that even mean?
Online Costco(not in store) sold them, but very expensive. They even have wagyu from Japan.
I wish it was 100% grass fed. Great review!
Very cool man!!!! Love the variety!!!! And it looks yummy😋
This was a really great video review. I love steak and have heard of Good Ranchers for awhile now. But I am always a bit skeptical and hesitant of online ordering services. Especially from ppl and organizations that are sponsored to promote them. You’ve convinced me to try it out. Thank you!!
well, how was it?
@@gamergeek8933 I’m out of the count et and have/will be for some time so I’ll ow up when I get back and order.
The stuff that comes inside of leather is good, too!!
Thought grass feed, grass finished is best?
What's with the boots, please let me know!
The burgers are really, really good
Hey, what is it you do to make your rice healthier?
I cook it with Chaga tea and I add reishi and Chaga power to it to infuse the rice with nutrients!
@@DalesLeatherworks Do you mind being a bit more specific in terms of the methods and amounts? I've never tried this way of adding nutrients to rice. I am a noob I guess you can say.
50-80 bucks i wish... We spend around $150 eating out
Grain finish? :/
Good Rancher's meat looks so good. I would subscribe to their product if I were in America.
Do you know if the meat is grass started and finished?
I don’t know but it’s delicious
In the beginning of his video he says grass fed grain finished.
I lived in Alberta for a decade and bought a pig or boar every year. 300lbs of dressed pork would last me a year. Here in Quebec I wish I could do the same. Not big on beef-I hate to chew.
the clip of you frying ground beef looks very different than how the ground beef cooks up from the grocery store. is it just me or is there something different. can you comment on that?
I notice it too….. I am not sure entirely but the grocery store Meat is pumped full of hormones and lord knows what else. The first time I tasted this meat it was like being on another planet it was so different
Have you tried their burger box yet?
I have not!
The burgers are so delicious. Better than our local butcher which is pretty good. And grain finished is definitely better tasting than grass finished.
Delicious 🤤
Unfortunately, their price guarantee is only for two yrs now; according to their website.
Thanks for letting me know! Hope they don’t hike it too much!
I just place my first order. I'm hoping the chicken is different than what I am buying from our local store. I've noticed in most cases the chicken we have been buying end up with a stringy like texture. Not always. but most of the time.. I cook a lot of chicken, so it's not the way I cook it. I'm thinking it is the poor quality. so we shall see soon.
Please share your insights after you’ve tried it! I find GR’s chicken far superior to store bought chicken, but it’s still just chicken if that makes sense haha! Just a super clean hearty version
Will do. Yeah, chicken is chicken. But when you have good quality chicken, it's usually noticed.. as you mentioned. I will report back soon. Thanks for the video. I been dancing around the idea of ordering it online vs local store. and your video assured me to give it a try. Thanks.@@DalesLeatherworks
So we received our first box a couple weeks ago. Upon opening the box I noticed the portions of the chicken and sirloins were very small.so small that I compared a local store bought piece that I cooked along side of the GR chicken and the store bought was about 4 times larger. At first I thought we ordered portion control by accident. but then realized there isn't such a selection and the portions are just tiny. but I went ahead and cooked a few pieces of the chicken. the quality seems good, just way small. then last night I went to cook two of the top sirloins and had set them to thaw. when I went to prepare them, the meat blood had leaked everywhere. so both steaks had holes in the vacuum sealed bags. Normally I would of tossed them out. But we were hungry and had already prepped the rest of our dinner around having them. so I smelt them and they seemed fine. I decided to cook them up. I'm still alive. I did however over cook them because of it. which I don't care for over cooked steaks. Anyway. I sent them an email questioning my concerns. no response yet. Not sure if we will reorder just yet.
@@cwkhonda I agree some of the cuts are small BUT keep in mind they’re not using hormones or steroids to artificially boost the size of the meat.
Variety!
A good Grass fed Beef steak should have a yellowish fat around it . That's what you look for or want in a grass fed steak !!
Are you still getting?
Monthly subscription!! The only meat I trust!
What a strange comment section. I have to say some people don't understand the difference between a fact and opinion. If the guy likes the taste of the meat then he likes it. Im seeing a lot of "sponsored" stuff in the comment section and I have to say althoght it might not be a sponsored link it is a referral link but there's nothing wrong with that. Nice job and good video
It's better to be grass finished
i don't get it, why not just go to some local butcher?
Many reasons… I worry about injections
WHAT ??? Most meat is IMPORTED ??? Where do you live ???
How do you know unless you have seen it all your doing is reading what is written and your reading it from a box. Anyone can make these claims to sell a product.
99% if the information we consume is all according to someone else 😂
Another paid promotion. I make sirloin from Smart and final my wife likes more than going out. And she's addicted to restaurants. And btw, I always thought outback us kings mediocre.
Not a paid promotion just an honest review of their meat which is definitely superior to store bought stuff
Overpriced
Well can’t really trust someone who’s sponsored
I said I’m not sponsored
@@DalesLeatherworks then you literally have taste for garbage , those meats are injected with dye and flavoring , also they keep changing their names
And yes I have tried that thin crap
LIER
Lol it’s **Liar
The way Americans fuss over steak is funny
The queen died lol
Not all Americans, just THIS American! 😂
its food, why wouldn't you?
The way foreigners eat plastic and inhale smog is funny
Most of this video looked more like an ad than an actual review... you spent quite a bit just reading their marketing statements from the web site, which adds no value to an actual review.
I gave plenty of my own thoughts though
@@DalesLeatherworks You had some, yes. Both statements can be simultaneously true.
The lack of raw meat pictures combined with really bad cooking technique helps to hide the actual unknown quality of meat. Thanks....
Maybe listening to your read is supposed to make it taste better
What’s wrong with my cooking technique
No offense, but you got basically no sear or crust on those steaks. Just a few mediocre grill marks. That ribeye on the left had been sitting so long over the wrong temperature the juices started bleeding out and pooling on top while it still looked grey outside. That combined with so many more photoshopped marketing pics than the actual product just screams stay away from this infomercial...
