Very honest, straightforward discussion. I don't fully agree that before 1977 there was economic boom in Pakistan. USA and UK were very powerful then and were fully supporting Pakistan and forex in the form of grants, projects and loans were coming in.

"Muqabila with India". Pak army thrives on this. How can it reduce expenditure on its bloated army?
Being an economist, my opinion is same but I am not brave enough to call this out loud (we have families and our priority is their security).

As a Communist I totally agreed with Bengali sab, I think Socialist policies must be started to rescue our economy, we must be minus our army and government.
