    Put 3 together these are so great ,my back was injured in a car accident and I thought I would not be able to work out anymore these are great it never strains my back and super hard which is what I like

      Hi Sally!! Our workouts are High-intensity interval based, which is the most effective way to burn fat and the zero impact isometric exercises that serve as active recovery, will build muscle.....and the more muscle you have the more fat your body burns! Hope this helps!! 💜💜💜
