I love the way you explain details like distances and lengths, sets itself apart from other build videos that are just timelapses without any explanations along the way. I hope we can see more builds in the future.
Fuckin hell, I'm always amazed by the quality of your content, the builds, the editing, the camera work, the songs. For a small channel like yours, you did a way better job than some big builders out here! Congrats mate
@@BROOVERs Hey, I'm a moderator on a 100 person Valheim server and we're having a build-off event soon, I was wondering if you'd be interested in being a guest judge and maybe posting a video on your channel? Server info valheimservers.net/listing/jotunheim
"One of the best builds I have seen, it fits so well in the Black Forest" It might fit well in the forest but if they had built it in the meadows you wouldn't have the gloomy low light conditions inherent to the forest and could see the build better. It's still a beautiful build and although I had to pause and replay certain parts of the video I did get it done. Well done BROOVERs!
Just rewatched this again and wonder why you didn't continue making Valheim vids. Your builds remain beeing amongst my fav Valheim builds, and I have seen A LOT! Also your editing is on point. Missing your vids!
I don't know what I was expecting when I clicked on this video, but it was definitely not this... holy **** bro! This is the level of creativity I feel would benefit humanity. Thank you!
I followed this guide to build this building. It was a nicely made guides, there were parts of it where the angle wasn't optimal to see what exactly you were doing but with a little improvising for those small bits I was able to get a beautiful house up for my friends and I on our server. Thank you!
@@BROOVERs my brain hurts trying to figure out how you got the exterior 45 degree walls under the large gables... i seen you put a door in and then delete it. idk what that does but i can't get it to work for me. plz help
the best build I have EVER seen, in any game not just Valheim.. not just a huge flat house, not a sea of small houses, this is perfect, fits so well with the surroundings too Subscribed
Amazing work BROOVER, this is the kind of home I wanted to build. By following your plan I just got to pause to get materials. It's going fairly quickly and I'm able to participate in voyages without hindering my building process too much. Very much appreciated. If you're interested in seeing your home in our village I'll film something for you. I'm not done yet but it's coming along.
Got dam! The production quality on these absolutely blow me away! They’re just such clean videos to watch. By far one of the most professional build channels by a long shot!
Another breathtakingly gorgeous build. I noticed that I wasn't subscribed to you yet and immediately had to remedy that. The outlines and overall design were really well explained, and where they weren't explained directly, you showed it from enough different angles that we could still see well enough what was going on. If I could mention a wish for the next video, it would be to go a bit more into detail on the interior design, it seems to be what I and many others struggle with the most. I don't need a step by step guide on where to put every item stand and carpet (btw, loving the idea with the fully carpeted floor), but some more explanation and tips on how you divide up rooms, how and where to build the stairs and stairwells, and a more detailed look at all of your beautiful wall and beam designs would be very much appreciated. I can gather some of it from the montage at the end, but it's very difficult to get the hang of when it's already all cluttered up by decorations. I generally like to copy a build design I see on youtube and then make some adjustments to make it my own, but to do that I need to have a good understanding of the shapes, outlines, distances and basic structure first, otherwise I can do little more than get frustrated in trying to make an unfinished, inferior copy of somebody else's work. Thank you for sharing your work with us and I'm looking forward to your next video! :)
Hello! Thank you for your feedback! We agree with you that we should devote more time to a more detailed display of the interior design. We promise to fix this problem in the next projects! Enjoy!
BROOVERs, you guys are awesome! I love this house and had to make it for myself. Very clear and helpful build description. It fits so well with the black forest ambience. You guys are the best!
a joy to watch with such great camera work, attention to detail, also building realistically which only adds those intricate details that give it such character. Keep up the great work love the big and small buildings so far, no need to go big for a great vids. Keep the creative juices flowing, would love to see a little Viking fishing house a little off-shore.
I’m so in love with this build, I built it twice already on 2 different servers, one of them in survival. I know you haven’t posted in a while but I always come back to your channel and get inspired by your builds!
Built this last night. That trick that you do with the door to have the pieces snap in the middle of the of the stone columns is just brilliant. Took me a hot minute to figure out but very cool.
Awesome video! But sometimes I feel like you could have zoomed in and showed us what you were doing, like what was that door trick you were using for the walls stylized walls? Also a part two showing how you furnished would be amazing! Keep up the great content!
I think the door specifically has 3 snap points on the hinge side, so it's a very handy way to get different depths while still sourcing it from a snappable point :)
For anyone new watching this and doesn't know what he's doing with the door, he's putting down a door in the center of the stone pillar, which allows you to snap horizontal beams. You can see an example of him doing this at 11:47 at 0.25x speed. I used four 1 meter beams to align them and do exactly what he did. This is also the same method to align the cross beam at 11:03.
For the more confusing parts, like the door thing you're doing for the stylized walls, you could go into 3rd person to show exactly what you're doing to help us newer builders. Other than that, this is an expertly done build and video!
amazing, your builds are even more impressive than the other people that use the flight cheat to do the build. your builds are legit!!! love your work.
Your first video made me sub to you instantly. The build was amazing, beautiful and it was easy to follow when I did it in my own world. Your second was as unique as the first and not less pretty! But this one, oh this will DEFINITELY be my main base! It’s exactly the style I want, the size is good too, and the tutorial is even easier to follow in my opinion! Great job, hope to see more amazing build soon!
Thank you, very inspirational. I wondered why I couldn't build so tall but seeing the iron poles in stone now i know. I'm going try to copy this then see what I can come up with myself. Subbed, thumbed and bell.
The quality of the video (and the building) makes me wanna cry(IT'S AWESOME), probably i'll create a new world to build the other buildings around this damn cool looking house 😳 Keep up the good work!!!
Actually amazed at how little you follow the "square wall + floor fill" pattern that seems so obvious. Amazing! your mind clearly works differently wouldnt even occur to me to build like this
This build is even nicer after Iron Gate studio made the Hearth & Home + Mistlands updates. The build looks gorgeous with Darkwood doors, Darkwood arches, Darkwood shingled roof pieces and spiral stairs. In the large central space between the second floor and the roof being shown at 11:04, I used Dvergr Metal wall pieces instead of wood. Because it took me so long to construct this house and because I'm lazy, I now use it even when I start a new character, I just put the new character in the seed with the black forest home base. Great design BROOVER!
Amazing Creativity in the build and love the camera and angles through to show the build off, and the music to go with it to show off at the end was great as well Over all Great video!
i like how you set your parameters with the stone walls before you built up to the roofing. i also like the lattices(?) you implemented throughout the build. def gives me things to consider as a new player.
The quality of your editing and graphics used are really something special, I was linked here through a Ghostbuilds video, but despite that, I'm throwing you a sub and like for sure. Keep up the great content. This is truly great.
omgggg. You are the type of Valheim builder eve been looking for. The instructions, style, editing, technique and fuck me the music is superb. Building this asap with my boyfriend at our server. Subcribed my guy. Thank you!
