You can put braziers up near the Lords Table and that would give warmth for the beds. Ceiling has enough space to dissipate the smoke from one on each side.
This is a wonderful build!!! I love how you decorated it, too. I'd stick some covered fire pits just outside the walls where the beds are, so you can still use them.
dude !! i like the design but have one complaint. if you make a mistake while doing your build, PLEASE cut that out of the vid so we don't make do the same thing (see 12:20ish)
Thank you!! I got you and you right, I have not been building on valheim for a few month now took a break, been building on it since valheim came out, and I just realised this build was 2 years ago, will be back once I recover more, with a new format for my videos, Thanks again for watching appreciate it :)
Zomzero, I really like your build here, and I also like the fact that you used this build as a concept. While I am a big fan of open concept, I like the multi tiered walled sections as they add dimension and I feel it adds to your Viking authenticity. I am going to build this in my solo but I am already thinking of using it as a main hall and add a bunk house on one side and gardens/livestock on the other. Great video, build and ideas!
Looks good, but too much unpractical things to my taste. Would be cooler if most things had a purpose. Put work area closer to an entrance from the side where smelter is - and the other blind part let for resting. Another thing I don't particular like in your build style is that you put beams under the roof. I believe that doesn't make sense - the lower end of the roof is made so the rain comes down from it freely, and the beams there just mess with it - and it doesn't look very good to my taste too. The ladders under the roof looks cool though! And I like the multilevel layout of the house - with higher areas for rest and work.
bro they are not mods they are dev commands big difference, want me to explain? aha sorry, yeah man they not mods I use the dev-commands so I am able to make the build quicker how the video would be hours long, and these days no one got time to sit and watch a build for hours right?
check my other builds done base builds for practicality, this one can be used as a base but it is more of a project build like stated in the title, thanks for watching.
@Hal-el7cy what is that? I really love the game but just want to take a break and build freely. Is that possible within the game or is it something you have to add kind of like how mods work?
@user-rw4mn9ul1v Open the command console in Valheim and type "devcommand", this enables cheats. To enter creative mode open the console in Valheim and type "debugmode". I forgot to mention hit enter after typing the command and dont type the quotation marks. I don't know if this works the same for consoles, but this is the way on pc. If you'd like to learn more ask Google about "valheim console commands". Have fun.
@@J-LynnMcLean change the startup options in steam and add -console (i think) then in game press F5 to open the console, then type in devcommands then type in debugmode to get the ability to fly on key press (on my keyboard its “y”) and also type nocost in the console to build freely and get access to structures that you didnt unlock yet
Hey guys hope you all doing good, after a few requests for a longhouse build In Valheim I decided to get one done, and this is what I came up with :)

Teach me for putting late game in the search. I’m about half way through and so far it’s looking great.
O and the soundtrack is awesome to build too.
This is a wonderful build!!! I love how you decorated it, too. I'd stick some covered fire pits just outside the walls where the beds are, so you can still use them.
Thank you so much for this, I just finished building the longhouse and I love it!
Nice use of the ladders, for the ceiling!

Another impressive build! And, as always, I'm finding new ideas about how to do and build some things....🙂

Nice build, this would serve well as the Great hall or Town Hall, central to the settlement.

Amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it.
Obsessed with wood trim lol you wood trimmed everything apart the floor
Another absolute corker! And please, just because you have now done the end game longhouse, don't stop with the Valheim builds. (Mistlands)
Ever done an authentic Viking Longship House?
could you provide material requirements for this build? thx.

Followed the build step by step but the very top part of the roof keeps breaking only one side does the other is fine
Maravilhoso, amei ❤❤❤
Thank you!!
No mods proceeds to fly in the air and has no supplies 😊

Rough Total resources required for builds would be helpful
Do you reckon you could help me in my xbox world lol
make a base for practicality not as much looks
check my other builds done base builds for practicality, this one can be used as a base but it is more of a project build like stated in the title, thanks for watching.
No mods…… then the guy proceeds to floats and hovers as he builds and seems to have unlimited resources to build his long house.
google dev commands for valheim that is what I am using not Mods thank you for watching.
Creative mode dev command. It's built into the game. You cannot do it on a dedicated server.
