      I try to lift every major muscle group at least once each week. Legs are for sure only one time. I plan to address this in my next video.

    Would you recommend two long zone 2 runs a week, one speed workout a week and every second week a long faster run? Some days I’m hitting legs in gym too
    I‘m struggling a bit with my running planning bc I’m a beginner, 10 miles are no problem in zone 2 with like 1h45min but I wanna go for a half marathon or a full marathon next year
