- Often, some leaders( Senior Corporate Leaders /Startup Founders) stagnate in their growth journey despite being highly competent at their work. One of the most common reasons for this stagnation or slow growth is the lack of a powerful Executive Presence. The term 'Executive Presence' is often misunderstood. Therefore, this talk explains what Executive Presence truly means and how business leaders can leverage it to fast-track their career and business growth. Kshitij is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation (ICF), USA. He specializes in supporting leaders on the threshold of CXO positions to step up their Executive Presence. This enables the leaders to grow in their careers at a fast pace. He has practical experience of over 3000 plus hours of professional coaching. In a career spanning over two decades, he has coached hundreds of leaders, both women, and men, from organizations such as Microsoft, JP Morgan, Wipro, Cisco, Deutsche Bank, Accenture, HSBC, KPMG, Grant Thornton, E&Y, Actuant, Mercedes-Benz, Amazon and many more.
