I love how Donna's first instinct when he says he needs a shock is to give him a great big kiss - and because they are good friends who've agreed neither wants a romantic relationship with each other, they both take it for what it is, and don't look any deeper into it. They're secure enough in their friendship and knowing each others' limits that neither mistakes it for anything more.
