Hello I ordered mb2.0 but a question... All 2.0 scan tools can do the same job for all cars or the one written mb2. 0 will be good in mercides and basic for other uourpen cars?

How do you find the reliability of your E Class? I considered one but went with Lexus because of their long term reliability. Mercs just have too many issues frimnwhat I’ve read/heard.
I just bought a new icarsoft MB V2.0. It is supposed to have BMS which lets you program a new battery installation. It is supposed to be under SERVICE. Mine does NOT have this option. It is also supposed to clear brake pad wear light after installing new brake pads. Do I need to do an update to activate these options? Or did I end up with a fake (clone) not from icarsoft? PLEASE HELP. I got this through Amazon.

@@elsiejessica2763 hi Jessica, I recently bought the I carsoft mb2.0 I've got a 2000 E320 AWD it's stuck in limp mode so I need to reset the TCM.
When I'm hooked up and trying to get into my the TCM it keeps reading err link system??? Any thoughts?

Have you try scanning in auto mode? Will it pickup the code as well? I purchased the V2.0 and I find it working much better in manual mode.

On my car, which is a 04 Mercedes e500. I have an SOS and SRS on my dash but when i connect the MB 11 and try to go read the code it says cannot connect and read anything cuz the reader cant connect with the ecu. What am i doing wrong or why cant it connect with it?

Hi I bought icarsoft V2.0 MB as i had a flat battery two weeks ago and Shortly after this I had a warning message on the dashboard of my W246 B Class “ Collision prevention assist plus inoperative” which supposed to reset itself after the battery is charged but it never did. So I bought this tool which is updated to the software version i980 and it couldn’t do the job I can literally see the error code which is B220600 but I can’t clean the code. Someone told me that in my need to update patch from the main dealer, But the place is closed about this lockdown do you think there is other option I can get this resolved?
hi there, this is Jessica from iCarsoft Inc., please kindly note that the item MB V2.0 can't support this function: Battery Management System (BMS), registers new battery to the BMS while battery replacement.
Except the item MB V2.0, our other V2.0 serial items can support BMS reset function.
We will keep improving the design of our scan tools.

I used the smart scan and then i saw the code in “distance warning function control unit” and every time when I try to delete this error code it tells me that The current vehicle VIN Is incorrect or not present. But when i go to CAN input signals i can see that is recognising my VIN... its even says that “Status of Function distance warning function is present” So basically you believe that this message “ collision prevention assist” got something to do with BMS? I’ve got nothing like warning light about the battery anyway...
