Wow. I’ve been researching & comparing over 2 months now. I have this coin & have been doing lots of looking. This def looks like a proof. I have videos of my dime & the reflection! I’m waiting approval from Anacs to grade.
@@twistervtx5682 if it is then it’s a really high ms quality one , still haven’t sent it in for grading yet. I plan on gathering at least my top 8 coins to send in to see what pcgs says! Thanks for watching and commenting too! Much appreciated 🙏🏽👍😊
I've got a 1954 all silver Eisenhower dime. No idea if they are common or rare. No mint mark. Anyone know what it may be its worth? Have a few others .. pennies, dimes n nickels I've recently just started collecting. From 1919 wheat pennies to the present year. Not a real serious....collector.. Any info would be appreciated.
The 1954 Eisenhower dime in silver is a common date and composition to find as all dimes and quarters were struck in 90% silver until 1964 when they started making 40% silver coins up until 1969 when they took all silver out of all coins due to cost of making the coins. I highly suggest buying a 10x to 60x jewlers loop and but a book called cherry pickers guide to coin collecting to help you find some cool rarities but still learn about what coins should and shouldn't have mint marks. Next best tool to use is pcgs price guide as it will tell you the current value, and you can use heritage auctions site to look up what coins have sold for through bidding. Variety Vista coin help u and doubledie. Com are all good sites to find some self help info, anyways keep up the collecting and hope you find something awesome in your next coin search!
It all depends what grade they are you could send them off to a grading company once you try and compare the ones you have to the already graded coins on their sites like PCGS has, they have values there too
Yeah I've kept it somewhere in my collection in the hopes it is but not entirely sure about it still eventually I'll have it looked at by some coin shops and see what they say
Just realized the cedar point dimes are for the 1982's missing the Philly mint mark being that the 75 didn't have one for that year I'm not sure yet if it is or not as I haven't sent it in for grading and verification yet
It has to have the deep dark fields that a proof has, and your best bet is buying a San Francisco 1975 mint set that contains a no s dime so that you know 100% that you have the real deal.
Yeah all the other ones are business Stokes for sure but the centered one was the one that stuck out the most in terms of the deep darkish colored field around Eisenhowers head the way a proof coin does. This was found in circulation so I don't expect to be scratch free but if it was a regular business strike I feel it would of had the same luster as all the other ones? I actually lost this collection and don't know what happened to this coin specifically, but I at least recorded it just incase and to see what other thought! So you might be right I wouldn't be able to confirm anymore just wish I was more organized with my collecting back when I made the video, it would have helped a lot!!
