Thank you for your videos, they are very clear and accessible! I have a question: I know that in GrandMA, it is possible to change the IP address and the mode of operation of the MPU (MA2/3) remotely using the console. What are the commands for this?
Thank you for the video. What is the best failproof workflow for not-loosing control over the running show? Let's say I run the show on MA3 Light console and I have an OnPC in the session to back up the show. Console crashes, OnPc takes over, show continues. The console reboots. Now what. I want console to blend into the current state of a show and not turn back to whatever state it was when it crashed or left a session. Thanks again.
i use a Fritzbox as a Router to Secure the Data Connection between the Stations becasue the packages are routed Correctly to Coresponding Stations and you can Leave the IP Adressing to the DHCP just an ide
Out of pure curiosity, does a USB keyboard work with the nodes? It’d be very convenient for typing in the IP if it did, but I don’t have access to a node to test it out on.
Love your videos. Thank you :) Maybe you can make a video about redundancy and failsafes one day. It's something I think a lot about after I had a crash of the MA Software during a show. Fortunately it just matched the end of a song and the ArtNet node held the values but it was a quick shock moment. Never had MA crash on me before. So I think a lot about redundancy regarding the session itself (console crash) but also about random network issues (e.g. ArtNet fail)...
Hi Max. Glad you like the videos. 😀 Yes that sounds like a great idea for a video. I don’t know exactly when I would be able to make that one - but I will definitely consider how it could be structured 😀
Do you know if I can use a MA3 Processing Unit with an MA3 Command Wing? Does it expand the parameters? Does it just work as an expensive8-Port Node or does it not even work?
Where did you find the Martin Mac Aura XIP for patching in grandMA3? I can only find the Mac Aura and the Mac Aura XB. They seem to have different DMX-channels ...
I like that the sponsor is themed to the channel! Keep up the nice work
Once again, I have questions and you deliver the answers!
Thank you Martin for supporting!
You always find the right topic for a tutorial right when I need it 😊
Exactly the video i needed right now...! Thank you! 👍
Amazing. Thank you. It comes in handy when some things are forgotten
Super cool. Top notch content easy to understand with dope looking video feed! I really like the uprade your video studio got! Very nice!
hey, great video
is it possible to connect an no name ARTNET controller to the MA Network ? Or does it just work withe the MA Nodes ?
Excellent! Thanks for sharing

+1 for this topic. Always wondered how to setup fail safes in case the console crashes. Looking forward to a video on it soon.
