Did you just changed the carbon brushes? Mine just loose some power, difficult to grind ice actually, everything looked good with it. Just I opened it today and I found it very smoky color inside, all the the logic board and parts of the rotor, but was not electrical damage I guess, because of the odorless"charcoal dust". Maybe the carbon brushes need replacement?. Anayway whats the problem when the carbon brushes are wasted?
