Try to replace the brushes. The original brushes do not have any spring strength.

unfortunately my skillz were not that great, nor was the skillz of the local electronic shop. The blender died. But thank you for the info, might come in handy in the future.

No, not really. I needed to get a replacement. You could also replace the whole engine maybe. These blenders are not top notch quality unfortunately.

@@PlantSugar bro just now got the info from one technician. He says, thats the armature fault (rotating component ). so we have to replace the armature.

What cause the over heat blenders

Poor blender quality. Too much in the blender jar, and too small engine. Something like that. From now on I usually buy blenders with Xtremely large motors.
