Troy and Pascale, another great video! Sailing, diving, fishing, cooking, and repairs..all shown with great photography, humorous narration, and tasty musical interludes. Sharing your journey is always a joy. Thank you, and be safe.
Broughton Island is well worth exploring with its coves, tracks and fishing huts. The Tomaree Head walk at the entrance of Port Stephens also provides spectacular views of the coast and islands.
sorry to be off topic but does someone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot the account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Zavier Arthur i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
My wife has been telling me that "mooching" is not a real word. Even when I looked it up in the dictionary, so it's great to see Pascal's skilled use use of the word "moochi". So glad I'm not the only one left keeping that great and expressive word alive. Fish stew looks pretty good too. Look forward to your videos each week. Thanks for making the effort.
Ryan your right - Mooching is certainly a word - very expressive. I always think if the majority understand what the word means, then it's a word. Simple as that.
STILL... you're both my favorite sailing couple on the planet.... Sure there are the corny Wynns and the Sophisticated Lady and Delos BUT - by far your vids on how you live on your boat which includes tech, catching your own food through fishing, spear and foraging including the sheer knowledge of food and possibilities of meal made - - as well as the sailing and navigating tricky water as well as big winds - - never a dull moment - AND a great couple to boot! WHEN you are done sailing, i will gladly design and provide drawings for your eventual retirement to land free of charge!
Your Videos are all fantastic but for some reason this one was fantastic. I was laughing out loud and enjoying myself felt like I was there. Thank you so much.
You two make such a lovely couple and truly do compliment each other. I follow quite a few channels but i am being honest when i say you are my favourite.
I was feeling a little down today, but as soon as I saw Pascale's eyes pop open when tasting her cooking and all the laughing and carrying on afterwards,I was laughing right along with u guys. Thank you so much! 🤗
Pascal you are one great cook, and I’ve spent 30+ years in restaurant kitchens!!! It was funny watching you sit there talking while the knives on the wall are moving back and forth! The area you are in was covered in a vlog called “Sailing With Lucy” her videos are getting pretty good! Anyway, thank you so much for another wonderful adventure!
Beautiful video makes me want to and try my own hand at it. The vibes, wakes my instinct I wanna go, setup a playlist with *Metallica* One and *Delta Parole* Wasted and go off into my own world right this moment.
I'm always impressed with how well your old full keel heavy displacement girl (Mirrool, not Pascale, haha) slices through the waves and achieves higher than average speeds one might expect from her. She reminds me of 60's vintage Wm. Shaw or Phillip Rhodes designs from here in the US. Over built and still chugging along 1/2 century hence. Great ! How you manage on a 30 footer is a strong testament to your interpersonal skills as a couple. Never miss an episode. Searching, still, for my next boat. When it happens I'll be scanning the horizon for you. Meantime, carry on and safe travels.
Goes without saying, we love watching all your adventures/technical bits. What are the orange sheathed knives you always show hanging up-we're looking for some decent robust knives for our boat...
Good news is you will never get fat eating soup. Coming from someone born in Victoria, who lives in Queensland the New South Wales coast is very pretty.
Bit late, but the creek up to Tea Gardens excellent spinning for flathead...Shoal Bay pub good for a beer.. Tomaree Head good for snapper...o'well sail on.✌
You look like David Beckham mate. Your younger wife look mighty lovely. A couple sail together, stay strong together. I’m happy for the both of you. What a great free life you have. I enjoyed watching your videos. Keep up the awesome adventures.
Pascale and Troy, I got-ta tell ya, Y'all speak sailornese, better than anybody else on the bonding main, and at the moment, the main is bounding, like a big red Kangaroo, and Miss. Pascale is doing her rocking and rolling sailboat Clown act, whilst juggling sardine cans, what a show, my hat is off to you both, if I was there, I'd be laying in the floor!!! God bless, and keep you both safe and healthy, Amen!!!
Another great down to earth vid. It must be difficult to edit out all the fun stuff you do. New South Wales has some interesting anchorages but if you need to get to Tasmania with the best weather window, you can’t visit all of them.
I'm glad that the boom held up alright. You might think about keeping it as a spare and just glass the entire boom. Hi Pascal..... I noticed that you didn't answer my question last week .... not to be a nudge or anything, but should I be niting a blanket? .... 🌹❤🌹
Troy just said "Morning baby" and we clinked cups. Everyone now thinks we're having a baby😂. It's very kind but maybe just knit yourself a beanie for winter!

Love watching you guys and its awesome to see aussie by boat.one day i hope to follow suit for a lap around our beautiful country..safe travels guys.😁😉⛵🤟🏻
I was at a seminar with the Cruising Association last Saturday about arriving in Australia and what to do when you get there. Given by two Aussies who've just sailed from Oz to the UK via south Africa, Brazil and the north Atlantic. They showed several alternatives to suit arrival at different times. So an Australian circumnavigation is in my future somewhere 👍
Had to laugh some really good viewing guys , love your videos, that rusty looking fridge basket I was thinking maybe would of made a good bait trap, ie for mullet, just a random thought. Oh and those fish you guys got on your dive yummo cooler months ahead.... soups galore pascal style. 👍
@@FreeRangeLiving How kind of you to answer. Thank you. What youre doing is truely a blessing to your viewers! I think its okay if you get it wrong occasionally. Those of us who follow you may be able to help you by correcting your mistakes, positively, of course. That's quite often how we learn. Much of the kelp and seaweed or the flora of the oceans are just as important and beautiful as the fauna. You can learn as we learn. The biodiversity around your part of the world is fascinating and the simple but complex relationship of the flora and fauna is astounding. The kelp (?) at 6:45 with the wrasse and later with the Port Jackson Shark is beautiful and adds so much to the grace of this underwater seascape. My suggestion is just a wish. :)

Thanks Stuart it was an op (thrift) shop purchase on the Clarence River! We (and the boom) are holding up well doing an overnight sail to our next Tassie anchorage!

We're only sinking a little bit! LOL!!!
It's funnny, whever I watch videos of people snorkling, or spearfishing I find myself holding my breath along with them.
Your next shirt should say, "no worries" on the front "we're only sinking a little bit!" On the back.
Lol, we'll consider it!
Do it! Awesome idea!
Glad to see you know how to eat. How to get all the nutrition out of the food. Fish head soup, fermented foods. Etc.
