8:45 for similar work I get into an upright 3-point stance with one hand on something, the other hands drops down to pick up a kettlebell or dumbell. From there pull it up like there's a string pulling back on your elbow, keeping the elbow and arm tight to the body. It isn't a bent-over row where you would rip heavy weight up, and you want to keep your hips, torso, and shoulders square, no rotation. A good cue is when the bell hits high on your thigh at the top of the movement. Slow, controlled 5x15 with 35lb will get it done. I'll often super-set it with lower-back raises (the GHD is a perfect machine to lean on) or straight-leg deadlifts.

For the past year the shots of the camera have stayed the same, example when you were opening and closing your scapular he didn't show your back until you told him to, there has been countless other times with other body parts and muscles, when you come to youtube to learn about techniques and different executions it's really hard to observe when he doesn't even show the muscle or body part you're working. if he really wanted to be better at this youtube game throw in some camera angles and actually show what's going on...
