I never have a lot of time to workout, so I only do 30minutes a day. But it's high intensity, and only about 3minutes of breaks total throughout the whole thing. No chest and triceps mixed or anything. It's arms, back, chest and every thing is solo muscle group. Seen awesome results you should definitely try it

Black_ Dragon Eat. Everything. for real just eat a fuck ton. When most people put on mass they eat a little more than normal but really it should be almost painful to eat as much as you should. That's what will help the most (helpful to many but not all so if it doesn't work I'm sorry).
why do u bounce the weight on bench? like shouldn't you make every rep count? like squeeze? and didn't you make a video about keeping your head on the bench while pressing? didn't you say me your back straight when you do rear felt fly's? idk I guess everyones got a groove
R m b if you squeeze u cant lift as much weight you will tire yourself out not optimal for natural lifter. Most bodybuilders only need to squeeze to get steroids into muscles lol. But you can still do it but for naturals strength = size

Build muscle as well so it burns the calories for you. Muscles burn more calories than cardio.
