Liked the video. I have a couple of questions. At about 7:15 you both verified gear down by saying 3 green down and locked and a pin. I know about 3 green but never heard "and a pin". What is that?Also, what are you referring to as the recipe. My guess is the the FMS vref speed, but not sure. Thanks
Thanks for watching! The pin that we refer to is the mechanical indicator that tells us the nose gear is down and locked. It's physically attached to the nose gear linkage and pops up on the left side of the center console. We both observe and confirm we see the pin before landing.
