I would say practicing with a metronome really helps you develop a sense of rhythm as well.

I ordered one of your digital books. Love it.
For your next book, could you break down the track chords you refer too maybe a page in the beginning. What I mean is what I see when you do it. It looks like 5 chords or power chords with the octave off 4th string onto 3rd string am I seeing it right? Cause track chords are on string unless open 3rd and 4th with when you move up the root on the 5th string... if you could answer that. I might be able to wrap my head around it..
I'm learning an trying to advance an get better.
Love both of your channels. Selections channel the request is more david crowder songs please.
And I listen to all country esk music. Lately been towards the America stuff. Sturgill Simpson, Nathaniel Ratliff, corb lund, Grayson Jenkins, Allison Krause did an album with Robert plant the song please read the letter is beautiful.
Anyway Love your lessons both places. Hope you are doing well. God bless an keep spreading the other gift of God... music.
    Thank you

Awesome dude. I appreciate your reference of Kobe. Man’ as a father this crushes me to the core. My kids mirror Kobe’s kids...Zhongshan ,bowling, basketball..I’m with my daughter as she immolates me golfing and wants to win like I did. It’s painful and I feel your pain about him,...Thanks. Also you make learning guitar fun and easy man. Garth , Travis, George old Dominion Songs ,I can do now. It’s exciting.

Can you do a lesson on the chord embellishments that you use on G, D and C? I think it would be a great way to add to the songs you are teaching!

Hey Matt, May I ask if you could teach a song by Mark Collie "Even the Man in the Moon is crying using the E ,B,C#m and A cords . I Think there is a G#m/D and B7 chord also but think its a pretty good beginner song. I need help on the walk downs on some of the verses . Great song to practise the track cords. Hey Matt those track chords have opened up a whole new world to guitar playing. Also this is a great song for throw back Thursday! Your lessons are by far and away the most helpful, Thankyou!
