    Ingredients for the buns:
    250 g of whole wheat flour. Spelled / spelled or whatever you have at home.
    7 g dry yeast for bread.
    3 g of fine salt.
    170 warm water.
    30 ml of virgin olive oil
    30 g of assorted seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame ...)
    Elaboration:
    This whole wheat bread is so easy that it requires no technique.
    Just a little secret 🤫 Patience, to respect the rest times.
    Mix the flour with the yeast, salt and water.
    It is not necessary to knead, just put the ingredients together.
    Cover and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
    After the first rest, a decisive step comes: Add the oil and the seeds. It is done at this time so that the bread is soft and fluffy.
    Knead lightly until everything is together again.
    Let this dough rest for an hour or until it doubles in volume.
    Remove the air from the dough and form a roll. Divide into 9 equal portions.
    Shape the bun, leaving it smooth at the top and close the bottom as if it were a bag.
    Place on the baking sheet and let it rest again. An hour or until doubled in volume.
    Bake at 180º - 356ºF for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Now you can enjoy some delicious whole wheat spelled rolls for your breakfast or to make a sandwich.
