My patient came to enhance his features, get more structure on his lower face, and an overall masculine look. I begin by placing the filler into his chin to build it out for that masculine appearance. I move along onto his jaw, he already has a nice jaw so I'm just going to enhance it making it more of a 90-degree shape. I then move to the midface, I make sure to be meticulous when doing so. I just want to add a little height on the sides. He has a nice shape when it comes to his lips, he’s just lacking volume, to fix that I’ll be adding enough filler on the top and bottom lip without making it look overdone

Looks great! I had Porex (medpor) chin, jaw and orbital rim implants placed about 20 years ago. I’m still interested in jaw and cheek fillers but I’m worried about the underlying porex implants and a risk for infection, so I haven’t done it yet.

beautiful work Dr. but you said you use Radiese, i did this filler in Brasil w my dermatologist and she said Radiese is a bio-stimulator of collagen and results will only show in 3 months. I remember the product was white like this one you used.

DON’T do fillers. The filler moves and you’ll LOOSE definition & end up with a puffy face. The best face sculpting is weight loss & make up!

Ikr, it’s too dangerous to use needle without aspiration at all (I know in Western area they don’t recommend aspirating anymore)
I’m scared that one day he will end up with VO, confidence / knowledge and years of experience cannot 100% prevent it from happening

I went to him last year and they didn’t let me get less than 5 syringes even though I told them I wouldn’t need 5 because I have a small face. They had me looking ugly handsome for 7 months then finally it dissolved enough to look okay. I just want to do it myself now
@@Malinka6303 yeah, 23 ml of hyaluronic but it doesn't last more than 6 months. And I used the body filler that is a 10ml syringe for 100usd. Always have the dissolver just in case of occlusion

Too bad these fillers migrate over time and at some point you end up looking like Mickey Rourke.
They only migrate when placed poorly or the wrong type of filler is used for the location
