I think there absolutely is a need to aspirate, specially since There is nothing that disolves Radiesse, like with hyaluronic acid and hyaluronidase

Would you recommend this over a chin implant? I've read into chin implants and a lot are pre-fabricated so unsure whether they can still make a positive difference as it's a bit less custom compared to what you're doing here.

Why is radiesse used over bellafill when bellafill provides results lasting up to 10 years or more?

Botox can help define the jaw as well, depending on your facial structure. It is often used to slim the jaw. The treatments are tailored to our patients, and if you are going for a more chiseled look, filler is most likely your best bet.

at $600-800 per syringe and you will need 2 syringes which 3cc, thats like $1500 average, they say up to 18 months, probably more like 1 year tops, thats $1500 every years, after 5 years you might as well just get the jaw implants

I'm so in love with this procedure however I'm not happy that there will be a tissue envelope that will look awful when he ages.
Can you elaborate on the tissue envelope please ?
@@TheStringBreaker skin is generally elastic but when you plump it out for extended periods of time the skin will lose its elasticity and you will try to compensate by getting more filler and that’s when things go very badly. The pocket that is formed when the filler dissipates over time is what I was referring to. That said the artistry of this doctor is exceptional and if one could achieve this look with permanence through the use of either laser or implants or both that would probably be the best route long term.

Val westgate Nope. It’s a disappointment. My moms only lasted about 2-3 months and same witg mine. I got 4 syringes along my chin and jawline (and a little Botox on chin) and after about 4 months after it was barely noticeable …way less pronounced🤦🏼♂️. A dermatologist friend told me70% of the gel carrier dissolves in 2-3 months so this makes sense. It looks AMAZING for the first couple months but it’s too much money for short lasting results.

Radiesse is very thick it's basically impossible to aspirate unless it's used diluted like sculptra but then you lose the immediate volumizing and 3D projecting benefits. It's definitely a riskier filler and you need to put yourself in the hands of a skilled and experience injector who does radiesse daily and not on the side as an alternative to HA.
