If you slowly lower the glass that you're pouring, then it is more likely to have the liquid drip down the side. You have to find the best speed to pour the glass with, because too little will result in the liquid dripping down the side of the glass, but too much will cause other problems

So I will eat one item of food on my small, red plate, after taking a picture of it, while staring at myself in a mirror and drinking out of my tall, thin glass with no distractions. Then I will proceed to slowly eat it with my left hand and if I am still hungry after I will enjoy some fruit flavored gum.

@@ziki5125 im not muslim myself but my family is, the reason is because right is associated with holy stuff for example you should always step into the mosque first with your right foot. also yk you are supposed to use your left hand while you clean yourself in the bathroom and using the same hand to eat food would just be dirty hope it helped :)

My grandmother eats slower when she is watching TV cuz she is so focused on everything that is going on there that she stops eating. She'll eat the same amount of food twice as slow than we do.
You can also chuck some ice cubes in your drink to make it seem like there's more in the glass. Which will also cool it down, and that's always nice.

I love how I'm watching this video while eating and doing the exact opposite of what he says.
I've struggled with weight most of my life. My main problem being that I have a delayed "full" mechanism. It takes a while for my body to tell me I am full and by then, I have already eaten a large amount, thinking I was still hungry. I found the best way to deal with that is to eat a small portion and WAIT 15 minutes before continuing to eat. It gives my body a chance to catch up with what I am consuming, to tell me I am full. Also, drink large glasses of water b4 meals.
Thank you. Ive been trying to cure my bulimia, and these tips are helping me alot, especiaally the plates, mirror, and cup ones.
My tip, drink ALOT of water while eating, usually when you eat you forget your thirsty and eat more so when you drink water your stomach feels sick.

No that's a bad habit, drinking while eating will make u bloat and won't digest your food easily
Don't go shopping when you're hungry, you end up filling your cart with 'noms'. Shopping after lunch will help you ignore donuts and leave potato chips and cakes on the shelf so they won't be in your kitchen cabinets when you get hungry at home.
I've never had that issue lol. Usually when I go grocery shopping I find I'm in the mindset of "... don't wanna be here. getting whats on the list and getting the hell out.". Its the spending on taxis to get home faster that I usually end up wasting the extra coin on..
Zalibidas I also write down my list when I'm not hungry ot the things that come to my mind are "chips, peanuts, cakes, croissants, bacon..." rather than "zucchini, green beans, carrots..."
Maybe your problem is not overeating but rather getting enough food in the little time you can suffer to spend in a store? Bon appétit!

I used to a few years back, but I got in a lot of good habits and started to actually move my ass and do stuff. I know exactly what I want when I go in, and sometimes I buy stuff to make something new and tasty every now and then. I also pick up extras if they have sales.. like one day they had 6 high quality chicken breast on sale for $7 a pack. I ended up buying like 6 packs and freezing them lololol.

Our family physician told me to place a mirror in front of me when i'm eating so i can be self concious about how i will look while eating. I did it and i just told myself "Oof i look like a chubby panda, cute! hehe" 😚 while shoving a pasta in my face- i told him and he wanna resign lmao

I'm very but none of these ever works for me,what helps me is moving on about my recent binge and remembering that I'm not the only one who have this eating disorder.I just learn from it and move on and find ways to not do it again even though I know that this eating disorder might catch up on me anytime.

I’ve been binging non stop since the start of quarantine, maybe this will help.
Put a time limit on yourself. Don't eat after 10 at night, for example.
The one damper on that is people who work at night, I often finish after 10 at night but start before dinner time, and I get no break, so I have no choice. It's a nice idea for those who work steady hours outside of meal times, but not for those who don't.
Though i'm slightly underweight, I find the mirror point fascinating and will definitely try it and see if I feel more health-conscious with what I eat!
If you're underweight, you should be doing the complete opposites of all these lol :D

I think adding a dash of something red/yellow in your dish works that way, but then if your entire plate is screaming red...

I found it strange to, especially when he also named blue. Blue is more logical because it stand for poison in our mind and it has already been proven to drop sale's of products that have blue packaging. Remember sprite zero in a blue bottle? Never sold. Transparant bottle? Works!

Been doing all these for a couple of years now, can confirm they work. I now use IVs instead of relying on food intake to maintain my body as I've cut down eating by more than 100%

Maybe question yourself, it always seems to me as the best way to overcome to biggest problems! You can start with Why do I overreact, Do certain type of people make me overreact, and if yes, why? Is it because of me? (Probably but not all the time) Why is it unhealthy and why do I need to stop it? How am I going to train myself stop doing this?
Then when you got through the tough existential crisis, you can just move on to actual tips such as:
- Breathing deeply before opening your mouth or thinking too much when those kind of situations occurre, as you identified in the beginning
- Make researches, learn about what you do, why you do it, is it bad for you, if yes then how do I stop it. Don’t trust the internet too much, everyone is different, but opening yourself to other POV can still help
- Define your ideal goal (for example, I want to become a person who laughs instead of getting angry and who doesn’t let bad events ruin my whole mindset)
- Let people you are close know that you want to change that about yourself: this way, they can let you know if you actually don’t need to change this, but they can also point out moments when you lose your focus without getting angry or judging you for it
- Remember that these types of changes take time and efforts to occur, but once you gain it, you won’t lose it :)
- Finally, push yourself to being that person you wanna be by giving yourself challenges such as Today I will not overreact or I won’t get angry
- Try Yoga! (and meditation)
