Fun fact- the Korean voice actor of crazy Ivan also voiced Gollum in the Korean dubbed version of The Lord of the Rings. (And also meowth in Korean dubbed version of every pokemon anime)
Fun fact #2- the Russian voice actor of Conscript (RA3), Stingary, Dreadnought (RA3) and Apocalypse (RA3) also voiced Gollum in the Russian dubbed version of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

10:54 the funny thing about the German Boris is that the voice actor (i don't know his name) also voiced: General Carville in ra1 retaliation, the president in ra2+yr, ohmar bin ghazali in generals zh, and doctor giraud in tw. So in ra2 both the American President and the Soviet Commando Boris have the same voice.
Was really happy to see the Arabic dub in the video. Though if I were you, I'd replace the flag of Egypt with a Syrian one, given that the dub was made in Syria and later redistributed to Arab countries via pirated copy-discs that were sold for less than a dollar! Source: Syrian here, Red Alert 2 was and still is super popular within underground LAN parties. I know that the dub is Syrian for a few reasons: 1. The industry of pirated discs in the Arab region was and still is very popular in Syria, with manufacturers operating and exporting copies of pirated games from Syria to Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt...etc. This is why a lot of Egyptians know about the dub but not about the source. 2. Syria was and still is a popular dubbing hub for non-Arabic speaking content (anime, turkish drama, geo documentaries..etc Netflix actually deemed Syrian Arabic to be a popular choice in demand from viewers, though I'm struggling to find the research where I read that statement). I think the idea behind this came from one distirbutor who decided that they want to localize an Arabic dub (that also came with some level of Arabic UI) to popularize the game even more among Arabs. Unfortunately, the game wasn't fully localized, and I have yet to come across a copy of localized Yuri's Revenge that actually works. Furthermore, the modded version of the game (which added a bunch of features to Skirmish) did not work very well on some PC's, and crashed more often than not, making the Arabic dub a niche to those who had a functioning copy of the mod. 3. Their accent is Syrian 🙂 Also, if you thought these voices were funny, you should listen to Tanya...they probably couldn't hire a woman to voice her and therefore Tanya just sounds like a guy doing his best woman impression. It's a treassure.
Yep I always wanted to make a special compilation video for just Tanya's voice lines, but never got around to doing it. And okay, you've successfully convinced me that the accent is Syrian
I don't know how but the Germans and French sound like they can make very good Russian accents. I sometimes thought they where speaking actual Russian.

There are seven or eight unofficial releases of Red Alert 2 in Russian. But in some of them the original voice acting of the units is left.
I wish there was an unofficial dubbing in Spanish

The sad thing is that RA2 did not have an official Russian voiceover so the overall quality of quotes is worse
