I want to reduce my dairy intake and when I look at my diet (fairly decent low calorie healthy meals) my one cheat is Indian tea. I have tried using non dairy milks (almond, oat, soy) but the taste and especially smell aren’t appetizing at all. Do you happen to have any recipes that can reciprocate our Indian tea or just reduce the amount of milk that goes into it? Thank you Ramya.
