    Hi ramya... kindly clear me eating raw sivappu aval is good or bad which means buying from shop cleaning and store it in a box and having like a snack in dry itself... i hv asked many of them but none of them answered... could u tell me whether it increases weight does it create any harm?

    I want to reduce my dairy intake and when I look at my diet (fairly decent low calorie healthy meals) my one cheat is Indian tea. I have tried using non dairy milks (almond, oat, soy) but the taste and especially smell aren’t appetizing at all. Do you happen to have any recipes that can reciprocate our Indian tea or just reduce the amount of milk that goes into it? Thank you Ramya.
