    How to burn visceral fat:
    1. Fermented food
    2. Carnivore diet
    3. Sprints
    4. Resistance training
    5. Fasting (until autophagy is better)
    6. Less jogging

Look up Grounding or Earthing. The reason the surfers are so healthy may be because of the Grounding benefits to their body. The ocean must be grounded along with the beach surface. They are always barefooted, thus Grounding their bodies to the earth.

I'm guessing the massive calorie burn from surfing and the amount of time spent in cold water and the amount of energy required to keep the body warm probably has a little something to do with it as well 🤭

@dennissaner2151 💯. Search up sled w/ harness and a 45 lb plate or two. Buy them. Head to your local park grass or turf and go for walk. Look up workouts or program for it if u want to get started. I dont typically do it in the fall or winter. Its a spring / summer endeavour . The comment directly below mine saying same… I’m just elaborating.
I’d like the doc to make his protocol * factors* more explicit. He’s coming across well in general principles but weak in designing specifics for oneself - especially the training specifics. For example, is it the biomechanics specifically of sprinting or the physiological intensity that makes it so helpful? Could rowing or kettlebells fill in just as well (I’ve got clients who absolutely cannot sprint), plus outdoor sprinting in urban environments is pretty much impossible.
We can’t really cruise around to coops finding fermented concoctions… what is a good plan for consuming fermented foods by usual means, ie., the supermarket. Greek yogurt? Sauerkraut? Japanese pickles? Taking probiotics? What?
Are you advocating for pure carnivore or ketogenic or paleo? Can’t really tell.
Or do I need to experiment with all these factors and just keep getting MRI’s ??
What should my STRATEGIC game plan (to reference Jocko Willink) be for optimizing elimination of VF. And, unless my pee is green and I can see my pulse am I “not there yet”?
And, above all, it sounds to me that going 50% of your life in fasting mode would likely cut all kinds of fat… that’s a really tough standard.
Would IF be sufficient? What about ketogenic without fasting? Part of why we can’t get control over our health is because the advice is so muddled…
Each person is different… OK. But how do you calibrate this for yourself??

Hey, I'm Jonathan Griffiths, a 28-year-old with a BSc in Human Nutrition from Bournemouth, Dorset. My journey as an amateur bodybuilder has been unique due to a fused spine from a rugby injury at 14 and my autism. Despite these hurdles, I've found incredible success on the carnivore diet over the past four years, after other pain relief methods failed. I have since competed twice as a carnivore bodybuilder, with my recent showing on June 2nd 2024 where I placed first against an extremely competitive line-up. I am going to the British finals to try and earn my pro card. Meanwhile, I have had my spine fused in 2022, and various procedures to try and reduce the pain I am in. The carnivore diet is my only option to try and thrive, and I love it!
My diet mainly includes beef, salmon, chicken, eggs, cheese, milk, and butter. I avoid fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, seeds, oils, and sugars. I drink water, coffee, and bone broth. No calorie counting here, just focusing on around 300 grams of protein and fat each day for the past 4.5 years.
In the beginning, I lost 5 pounds and felt a surge in energy, focus, and calmness. I woke up refreshed, with no cravings or GI issues. My workouts stayed strong, with better muscle pumps, vascularity, and faster recovery.
The diet eased the pain and stiffness in my spine, giving me more freedom and comfort. It reduced my need for medications and improved my autism-related symptoms, like anxiety and mood swings. My social skills and communication also got better.
Blood tests before and after the diet showed my liver and kidney damage from a virus had healed. My cholesterol was stable, blood pressure improved, and blood sugar levels stayed low. My liver and kidney functions were normal, with no nutrient deficiencies or hormonal issues.
This diet has been eye-opening, challenging many common dietary beliefs. I've learned that meat is highly nutritious and satisfying, and plants aren't essential or particularly beneficial for me. This is especially relevant given the genetic and metabolic traits seen in people with autism.
I've stuck to the carnivore diet, with occasional treats like 'Hot Pot' and Korean BBQ, which I can cook myself at restaurants. On my UA-cam channel 'Carnivore Muscle,' I share my carnivore lifestyle, training tips, nutritional advice, and recipes, building a community of fellow carnivores and inspiring others to try this way of life.
I fully recommend the carnivore diet to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and well-being, especially fellow bodybuilders and those with spinal conditions or autism. In my view, it's the best way to enhance both body and mind. 💪🥩🚀

Alternative routes to nutritional lifestyle success that seem unconventional are the key to a healthy future for "the people."
Feels silly to say "unconventional." But being healthy and caring about your nutrition and fitness has become uncommon among the commons, unfortunately.
It takes conversation like this to occur and consistent attention to the needed changes in medical training. And helping to educate people/patients/providers properly.
Grateful to have all-around healthy conversations of quality. Thank you all for your much needed time and service dedicated to sharing the experience and knowledge 🙏

Thank you. Thank you. My visceral fat is leaving my body thanks so much to your UA-cam interviews. Question. ❓❓ Dr Chaffee strongly advocates carnivore only. That’s me now with the exception of coffee as my only plant. Why doesn’t he include fermented plants? From listening to you, it seems as though I need to add fermented plants in immediately. What are my consequences from contributing 100% carnivore with zero fermented plants?

No. Change of diet to protein n fermented vegetables like sauerkraut and naturally fermented pickles, leafy greens n non starchy vegetables.
Weight training and H.I.I.T. Training; which is high intensity interval training.
You don't have to only run you can do it on any piece of equipment you like. Bike, elliptical, rowing machine, etc. Do a warm up n at least 3 shorts bursts as fast as you r able for around 30 to 60 seconds. Then do a cool down. I believe at least 2xs per week. Those 3 things should reduce visceral fat according to this doctor.

*I've known this for several years and have to wonder what role the stem cells produced in visceral fat also play in this.* The quality of those stem cells they produce is probably very poor when there is excessive visceral fat.
*The studies using really intense, sudden and short duration burst exercise but repeatedly performed for workouts as well as really intense fasts I've seen show the reversal or remission of various diseases and even the generation of new neural pathways that are beneficial in countless ways.*
I suspect the fasts resets processes with their own habits in how they do things due to the consistency of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle.

Remember Guys... MEN.. if you start taking testosterone..because your NATURUAL testosterone level is low.. your body (which is capable of producing it's own).. will stop producing it..Men.. change your life, chage your diet and exercise.. You might be super surprised as to what you can do naturally. Men over 70.. yes this become more difficult.. because of not just age, but because you've allowed your body to get so far out of shape..by the horrible food you've been eating.. told to eat.. and lack of exercise.

I have had experience with the green urine before as well but normally when I have increased my B vitamin intake. As I understand it, reduced B2 is more of a green colour and oxidised B2 is what gives it that bright yellow. So if your urine is still yellow it is an indication that your body is still not replete with B2 (or FAD) and if you up the intake of a quality B2 then it will take on more of a greenish tinge.
It's possibly also an indication that most B2 supplements are poor quality/garbage as the B2 is already oxidised.

The goal you want is to achieve extracting the better form naturally from what you eat like an awesome serving of Grassfed beef. Even a diseased sedentary nursing home patient could make their urine green with a large amount exogenous vitamins but it’s the ultimate flex to do so naturally from food. Very few seem to grasp this and tout urine change from vitamins. It all comes down to your microbiome. If you haven’t already get going on optimizing your’s and you’ll live way better.

There's a majority of people that are more concerned with making a few more dollars for their fancier car or another vacation property or the newest $$$$$$ TV etc, and working 60, 80, 100 hrs a week instead of saying no overtime or extra shift, I'm going to get an extra 1hr of sleep and spend 1hr at the gym or making a healthy meal. They'll quicker order off the dollar menu on their way to go into work a 12 or 16hr shift, then just watch TV for 45 minutes when they get home cuz they're so exhausted from work and not eating to fuel their bodies.

my husband and I are 70 and 69. He had white hair for about 15 years. My hair has no white or grey and is still brown. I have been taking megadoses of vitamins since 1990. I hurt my nose at a Punk Rock Festival in Chicago which I attended with my newly separated daughter, My hubby suggests we crush a vitamin C tablet and help it heal my nose. He had made too much, is slightly bald and had been outside too much and sunburnt his head. I put some on my nose. Felt awesome. He put the rest all over his head. We went to bed. In the morning, he was brushing his teeth and we both noticed that his hair was back to reddish blonde from root to end! Still is.

High fat carnivore gave me the best health and body in my life, without any exercise. Sprinting+ heavy lifting enhanced it even more and I only do them in average once a week, sometimes I spend a month sedentary or short walks. As long as I'm carnivore, I retain my awesome health and physique. When women get pregnant, their insulin resistance goes up naturally as a defense mechanism to make sure she doesn't starve and lose the baby (gotta think hunter-gatherer survival) and if the woman eats carbs and shitty, that will accelerate the metabolic damage by a lot and that's what causes "baby fat" that they can't lose. Elizabeth Bright's book is very interesting for that information! All they have to do is eat according to our species appropriate diet (low carbs to high fat carnivore) and they'll lose all that baby fat and restore metabolism. A shit ton of our ailments are caused by not eating according to our evolution.
