Ive fasted 30 days multiple times usually every January in the new year... i feel just for weight loss, 1 meal every 48-72 hrs untill lean is the best imo
8:00 the opposite too Insima. I coach tennis at the highschool and lot of the kids don't know anything about strength training so I bring out my plates and rings and teach them some basic stuff. Carries, hinges, squats, pushes, pulls, lunges. I appreciate they like the sport but I want them to be whole athletes.
I’m like 290 at 45. I’m tired of being heavy and I like to run and sprint more than anything, always have. I’m def getting on this boat. Need something different. Think I’m I’m going to shoot for 225-230 at 6’3” by summer
On the pizza note my favorite is the goofs that say you can tell the difference between their lower calorie pizza compared to an actual full fat full calorie pizza. They’re out of their minds haha.
This is completely unsustainable for the average person. And hes literary planning on rebounding back up 10lbs after. This is a pointless episode beyond him bragging about how dedicated he can be.
I feel like the 48 to 72 hour period of a water fast is the hardest, beyond 72 hours I'm cruising on ketones and feeling amazing

Ramadan is 2 months away! Cant wait to fast daily for 30 days. I always feel so good, spiritually and physically.

I’ve tried fasting, it’s difficult! I feel weak, workouts suck, not to mention my sex drive is pretty much non existent
