6:22 totally agree, i stopped buying snacks for the house. Me and the kids fill up on whole foods. We do have ice cream in the house but thats for the kids only. The ONLY snack i have is a 100g choc chip granola bar that goes with my 2pm afternoon black coffee.
18:35 when my hunger signsl kicks up first I'll drink some water (maybe I'm just dehydrated?) Second I'll move a little. Walking etc can dampen the hunger signal (sympathetic vs parasympathetic modes). If those dont work then I'll eat.

In your latest podcast with Thomas DeLauer, you mentioned you eat something like a couple of protein shakes, maybe some fruit and then some form of meat at dinner. Ballparking it, that comes out to 1500 kcal. A quick TDEE math throws out that a guy of your stats should maintain weight at over 3000. How is this possible? Am I missing something?
I’ve heard really concerning things about air fryers and the chemicals that it can give off.. would love for you guys to check that out and maybe do some research-heart breaking I know
Nope, it's very easy to binge on Quest Bars. That's why i don't buy protein bars anymore. That whole proteins and fats fills you up is a lie because i can binge on nuts and avocados easily.
I think sweet tooth’s can be developed I never had a sweet tooth then a few years ago I started eating sweet things and had a sweet tooth for a while until I started eating bbq more lol
*Yeah well, DUH! lol* Don't eat, not ever. *Whatever specific diet model you are about to try out, the most important thing is that you do not eat, not ever lol!* Then, after the first 48 hours, you can finally give yourself some relief and not eat for another 48 hours lol. *It's irony that the one think we literally cannot live without is literally most effectively cured by going "cold turkey".* I now wish I had never heard of any single diet in my nearly 5 decades on earth and would have had even the family doctor tell me just do not eat for 3 to 5 days.

Eat steak, eggs and cook with real butter! The only snack I eat is pork rinds. 4 years carnivore and I’m in the best shape of my life at 46!
