It's cool how just like in the Earth One comic, The Batcave is an abandoned subway platform. In the comic, it was going to be Arkham Station, constructed sometime in the early 1900s, but was left incomplete so they just bricked it up and sealed it off. Until Bruce and Alfred came through with sledgehammers and all manner of other tools. After talking in the comics, Bruce and Alfred both decided they needed a more remote location for a base. Somewhere a considerable distance away from Wayne Manor just in case the cops or somebody else came snooping around. So Bruce did some digging through city records and found the abandoned, incomplete Arkham Station.
its designed the same because this bruce wayne is the bruce wayne and batman doppelgänger from earth 2 this is on earth 2 in the dc multiverse so this abandoned subway platform and arkham station is the copy-doppelgänger of it from earth 1 since this is earth 2 in the dc multiverse

Also, in the 70s comics, when robin became a New Titan, Bruce and Alfred moved on to the Wayne Interprises building in Gotham, and under the building had a old subway that bruce used as the new batcave. The Earth One batcave came from that
"These nights all roll together in a rush behind the mask; sometimes, in the morning I have to force myself to remember everything that happened" The movie did such an awesome job of exploring Batman as a character, in terms of both the mythos he builds around himself and his personal psychology, and I particularly dug this line as an example of the latter. I love the idea that his "long nights" must feel like f***ing fever dreams to him
If u notice when he comes around the bend there's a light at the bottom that turns from red to green then the gate comes up like he or the bike has a sensor that triggers the openning to the cave

Batman lives in a universe that has had super-powered individuals since the dawn of time superheroes are normal. If you ever watched the Megamind you'll know that the super part in superhero and supervillain is all about the presentation and that is Batman's whole deal
That's literally the best and the most realistic design. Idk what oh hate about this batcave being a lot more realistic and technical whereas the other caves look like a complete work of ficitiin
Its literally never helped the city in any other movie. At least they showed him actually helping people instead of just showing him beat up thugs the whole time
