Hi All! Here's the link to my dress at Walmart! Just be aware that it runs VERY large...I got the Small and I usually wear a medium. Even the size Small is roomy on me...bit.ly/3ZW53V9
The yellow and purple look great on you. Sadly, it’s not available in person at any of my local stores. Would have to order it online and hope it fits. I’m 5’1” and curvy. It looks like it’s cut more for a tall, lean figure from the pictures I see. Dang.
@@tdsollog I ordered it and it's fine for Kirby figures. It's more oversized than you would think from the photos. It won't be too long on you at 5 1 because I'm 54. If you're thin I would order the extra small. The black one With leaves is gorgeous also
@@pajamamama5965 Thank you. I’m definitely not thin. I’m “Jessica Rabbit” type of a body. 38D bra size with a tush to match. Usually shirt dresses are hard to fit me.
@@tdsollog I find it to be more fitted on top and VERY flowy in the middle to bottom. I'm a pear shape...very small on top but wider in the hips/thighs so this type of shape works well for me.
You are one of the most thorough, honest, informative reviewers Jen. You even throw in swatches, which are always great, and mini tutorials too. A joy to watch. Xxxx
I have dry, mature skin and love to wear powder foundation during the summer. It really does make my skin look airbrushed. L'Oreal's Age Perfect powder is my go-to lately. I always finish it with a dewy setting spray. 😊Those Moira liquid pigments look like they're a lot of fun to use. Great for travel as they don't take up much space. 👍
I just love your videos. That foundation is so beautiful! It looks like it literally airbrushed your skin. I've got to try it and the liquid pigments are amazing too. I loved how you demonstrated how to take it from your eyes to your cheeks to your lips. So versatile. YOu cannot beat the quality of their products and at such amazing prices.
@@JenPhelps, the seller listed for most Moira items on Amazon is Nextier, whose mailing address is the same as Moira's corporate offices in Commerce, CA. I wonder if it's actually just Moira selling under a different name?
Love the drugstore products. Any chance a drugstore skin care products video is in the works? I’m currently searching for a drugstore firming eye cream to help with concealer creasing under the eyes. Thanks for another great video.
I was going to try the new Lawless powder foundation but saw your video... Got the Moira and I'm so glad. Color was great and after applying I used a setting spray and the lightly brushed on their water proof powder. Even after 9 hours I looked airbrushed...
I think Moira is coming for ColourPop's crown of affordable and functional and FUN. 💗 I really hope we see them get more distribution, at Ulta maybe! They really deserve it.
Since the beginning of the video I was like "her hair looks amazing!" Thank you for sharing the secret! 😊 Also, your skin looks so beautiful and radiant even without makeup; you have to share that skincare routine because mine's been looking so dull.
Hey Jen, Catrice and Essence are German based brands, but they always produced in China. I've checked my old Disney palettes from 2018 and a old blush from 2019. Both PRC produced. Hope that helps.
My gosh that's the prettiest blouse! I'm stunned at first sight before you've even said anything! Thanks for the little lift! Hope you're enjoying your holiday weekend!
I would highly suggest sizing down in this one! Some of the reviews said it runs large and I'm usually a medium (sometimes large) in clothing...(I'm a size 10). And I got this in a Small and it's still pretty big on me.
I was on the Catrice site just last night putting together an order. I'm so happy to see they sent you those cream blush sticks, I needed a trusted review! The consistency looks to be perfect to wear on top of just sunscreen for a day at the beach. Long lasting and pigmented in two lovely vibrant colors, perfect for summer ⛱️🌞. Thanks Jen🤗
I am so happy you received these new products from Moira! I have been waiting for a review before purchasing...thank you! I really love the contour. Also, I received my haul from MUA, it took 9days, which is fine, and I was happy to have their eyeliners again! I bought 5, they have always been my favorite. I also got their 10 pan eyeshadow in "Purist," the colors are beautiful, they go on light, but are buildable. Thank you for all your great info and keeping us up to date!!💚
I watched this on a gigantic HD TV and when u used the Moira foundation and turned your face different angles I couldn't help but notice your beautiful eye color-OMG! Spectacular! This brown eyed girl is envious!!!!!!!
Holy cow!!! This is huge!! I think Moira duped Danessa Myricks Colorfix!!?? Thanks Jen!! I will try it. Colorfix is $18 a tube. I’ve been waiting for someone to dupe it.
The makeup colors you have on in this video really flatter your skin tone. I have never seen you look prettier than you do in this video. Maybe it’s just my perception I have always been dram to more girly feminine looking, spring colors though. 😊
So many fun products today! I really need to try a few Moira products that I’ve been eyeing for a while. Love the video today! I’d be interested in what your top 5-7 blush formulas would be of all the blushes you’ve tried in the last several months. I think blush is going to take over the world. 😂❤
Those liquid pigments look like fun. If you want a more glowy blush you can add a bit of one of the shimmery pigments. I tend to do this with my liquid highlighter and liquid blushes. The only similar product I have seen is the about face pigments at ulta. I think those are safe for eyes and cheeks.
I just finally tried the Catrice True Skin Concealer and I was blown away! I wish it was still sold in stores; thankfully I picked a great shade for me online. I have never liked powder foundation, but I may have to try the Moira one because it sounds so different from others that I've tried and disliked (I'm looking at you ELF Camo Powder😬). I love the Hair Proud Glass Hair stuff! I use it with my Revlon drier brush and my hair is always so shiny, bouncy, and smooth! I love affordable beauty!
I noticed right off the bat how your hair looks shinier and healthier...I tried the Wow product and didn't like it at all...I'll definitely have to try Hair Proud!
I tried the hair proud products. Wow is what I have to say. I used up my more expensive products and won’t rebuy those products. The hair proud products made my hair so very soft. My hair even looked healthier. I also used the glass hair which made my hair so shiny. I did purchase the scalp spray too. It’s very nice also. I’m really impressed with this line of products.
I usually use a light layer of the Loreal powder foundation as foundation, and it looks perfect. I'd only try a new one if it had more coverage or more longevity. I'll check it out, see if it has more coverage.
Those new multi use pigment could be great for color correction and shade tweeking. I use indi beats foundation because we have so many skin tones here.
Have always been grateful to you for introducing me to Moira Cosmetics !!! There are soooo many amazing formulations in their extensive product range !!! I’d initially went to their site looking for the cream blushes that rival the tower 28 beach please blushes and I ended up ordering $200 worth of stuff and love 98% of what I got !! I cannot believe the quality compared to the price point within this brand !! Their single cream shadows are sooo special and impressive I love playing with them as the texture makes it possible to mix with other colors and I really love them so I can’t wait to get my hands on some of those liquid pigments they look beautiful !!! I’d have loved to see a true lavender tone or some multichromes but I know those can be expensive to formulate 🤷🏻♀️
I'm like you Jen - I'm mid 40's with dry skin and so far, I haven't really used a powder foundation (drugstore or high end) that I feel looks good on me. I've always wanted one to work for the hotter summer weather, but haven't found one I loved. I really like the Cover Girl powder you recommended but I can't wear it like a foundation. But given that I like that powder better than pretty much any other pressed powder, I've got high high high hopes for this Moira powder based on your recommendation. I can't wait to try it!
I’m so excited to try the new stuff from Miora! The best way I have found to use blush sticks like the Catrice ones is to rub my finger on the stick to warm up the product before putting it on my face. I blend it out with a clean finger
Update: I just ordered a bunch of the liquid pigments and some cream shadows and they all look SO pretty - I can't wait to try them out! Thanks for sharing your promo code; it was nice to get a little bit of a discount especially since I ordered way more than I should have 🤣
Hello there. Thank you so much for your videos. Just wanted to let you know that Moira is sold at most Fred Meyer stores here in the state of Washington 😊
I have been thinking of trying Catrice because of all the good things I hear. But a move to China to keep prices level makes me worry these products are made by 8 year old fingers, making 25 cents a week, under awful conditions. I wish there was more transparency!
I agree...I'm not 100% positive that's why they did it, but it's my assumption. I just remember most of their products being made in Europe before and now it seems like they're all made in China. :/
Catrice still make a lot of products in Europe, as far as I know their palettes (eyeshadow palettes, face palettes) have been made in China even before that, some products are made in Poland, some in Italy, etc.
That Moira powder foundation goes straight to my wishlist! During summer I prefer powder foundations because I have oily skin and here where I live is very, very hot, but as I also have mature skin, so this recommendation goes perfect for me! I love Moira products, already hit pan on my pressed setting powder because is my favorite to seal my concealer! Luckily here in Mexico you can find many of their products in some physical stores, which is great because their website says they don't ship to Mexico 😔 (maybe because probably already have a distributor here as you can also find their products in some online stores). Thanks a lot for your reviews, for me are the best and I'm the no.1 fan of your Sunday videos! 😁🤭🤗
LOVE Moira, and those all inclusive liquid pigments are really fun looking. I've got quite a few of their products, and am pleased with them ALL! In fact, one of their lip pencils is now my main lip liner...never leaves my purse. And you're right on about their packaging...I've not received any broken merchandise, ever. And their shipping rate is very reasonable too.
