6:57 Trevor: "The Deep Wilds is extremely wild and d-" Me: "Deep!" Trevor: "dangerous!" Great stuff as always, looking forward to the continuing adventures of Arne!
Great episode as always, and it was an honour to have my art in there. And as an Australian, your Australian accent is even not terrible like most American actors :) well done!
James your art is so great and I love that you do these immersive art pieces so quickly and for content that I enjoy! I’ve used your Strahd and Waterdeep pieces in my games and thank you for sharing your passion with the RPG community.
I like to imagine that Lago's part of the compact compelled him to do something which would make him look ridiculous in front of the village on every full moon. ... perhaps... the Macarena? 😊
Going through the past episodes to make sure I give them the "tums-up". Me and the Mrs watch the episodes via the Amazon Fire Stick, and neither of us are logged in when we do it. However, in my browser, here, I am logged, and I want to be sure to record the fact we love, Love, LOVE these episodes.
Ever since the "This way" from the druid, I was waiting for some sort of "That's not a knife, this is a knife" (from a horror/slasher movie set in Australia) situation to happen. Yet, the wolf spirit chomping on one of the guards caught me off guard.
I am feeling all kinds of mixed emotions, now that I have finished watching the episode and have caught up with the live release of the show. I am currently in the process of watching season 1 with my fiancee (who loves it too by the way). We watched episode 2 yesterday, where Arne was UNE-d to existence (along with Manfred of Dovedane and the rest of season 1’s arc basically 🤯). I must admit, going into season 2 I didn’t know how I feel about Simon being “left behind” to see Arne becoming the protagonist, but this story you weave is so compelling and entertaining. It’s wonderful to see Arne’s character come to life as the adventure unfolds. I can’t wait to see what happens next! You’re so good at what you do that it almost seems like everything is scripted at this point. Really amazing work, Trevor. Thank you for this show!
Bloody brilliant! I mean really, really brilliant. Trevor, thank you so much for your incredible story, your ability to weave it off the cuff and the time you put into producing this for everyone, it really is a true pleasure to watch.
This made my night! Another solid entry in the continuing saga of Arn. Another gripping tale! Bravo! Can't wait to see where this takes us next! Thanks again Trevor! Your storytelling is epic!
Yike, i had a bad feeling the Overseer will blow his top lol glad things worked out less bloody than they could have. Loved your rendition of the crazy old hermit :D You're good at the accents!
I’ve only recently discovered the channel so I’m quite far behind, but I’m loving this series. You’re really entertaining and helping me get better at solo Ironsworn.
Loved this episode, as always Trevor. Is it weird that I look forward to a new episode of MM&D more than any of my favourite TV shows? Please keep them coming!
Amazing, simply amazing!! i wish you all the best Trevor, may you ascend this long and tough ladder that is youtube! i wish you all the best! i wish to see more of your adventures in the future
Another excellent episode! Thanks so much for making this, it has been a joy to follow all the way through. And you keep getting me to try new systems! I tried out both Savage Worlds and Ironsworn because of you. Keep up the great work!
Glad to watch the new episode i was sooo Waiting for, a great one Indeed ! I am impressed with tour ability to imagine all those unexpected developpments. I did try to play Nightprowler using mythic during the holidays but i was often stuck as no inspiration came out .... I would really appreciate your feedback on how things come to your mind and how to deal with white page 😅 Again, great show, very inspiring 👍
Great episode! And I have to ask, since dialogue and NPC interactions is a common ''struggle'' in solo RPGs, how much time to you take preparing dialogue? Is it more or less on the spot? Does it vary? (Poor Arn. He really can't catch a break.)
very inspiring. I've tried solo with technology, Obsidian and Foundry, i just can't get the momentum to do more than set up the game session 0. Just ordered ironsworn, delve, and lodestar in print. I'm going to try analog and tech detox.
"That is just the opinion of a man... And the roll of the dice!" We are in Greek tragedy territory here, my friends. Just substitute the dice for the will of the Gods...
Spirits of the woods: *::reveal themselves::*
Everybody else: *::gasps::*
Arn: *::whispers::* -- "Phew! Thanks they're no elves..."
An Aussie, a Scotsman, and a Viking walk into a wood.. .
😆
As an aussie living in Berlin I just want to say, that accent makes me feel homesick.
33:16 Arn is the Ultimate moderator! Poor guy just wants everyone to get along and no blood shed

@@Acewarren hey, I appreciate the support. Thanks!
I love how this went. I like how this druid is presented. He is not bloodthirsty, but he isn't soft either.
A happy ending...this is a new sensation.
A radical change from last episode... I was so worried that Arn would fail to moderate the situation!
Discovered this channel like 2 days ago, been binge watching since... so glad theres a new episode! Haha great job with the series
Me too. Discovered it late last week and haven’t stopped watching.
I like to imagine that Lago's part of the compact compelled him to do something which would make him look ridiculous in front of the village on every full moon.

How is it possible that this show keeps getting better? You're a master at this, Trevor. Still the best show on UA-cam. Bravo.

31:57 why was I expecting the spirits to just consume Arn as their “gesture”
oooh! Fancy artwork for Frostmoor! I love that, just when I think the production couldn't get better!
Another outstanding episode! My wife started watching over my shoulder a few weeks back and keeps showing up for the next episode now too. :)
Listening you argue back and forth with yourself at different camera angles is the best thing ever. The Australian accent was perfect
I can't help but envisage Vigo wearing druidical robes and a hat with corks dangling from the brim!
I always wondered about that. What's up with the corks? Lol!
@@robertlombardo8437 The swishing corks are meant to keep the flies away from your face.
As an Aussie, that Viggo accent was perfect. 👌
Was waiting for him to threaten to unleash the Drop Bears. 😂

Viggo was played perfectly, I had The Witcher vibe with this spirits-of-the-forest storyline. Awesome!
So many months without seeing your show, and so thankfull to come back again!
Excellent episode! Congrats
Bye bye Friday... Binge watched in one day... Now I must wait
You won't have to wait long... I'm editing the new episode as we speak ;)
Excellent story, as always. And I just gotta say, your Australian accent is pretty freaking great.
Ya know what, I’m just gonna say it, I love this series and I want more. So there
You do fantastic work Trevor, thank you for gifting us with MMD
Yay we back!
I could not wait to see how Arn was going to convince Lago to meet with Vigo! It was awesome!
I really needed something to distract me from today. Thank you for this great work.
That episode was inteeeeeense! Even without combat or any "action" the situation was very tense, I was on the edge of my seat.
I’m catching up the past couple of weeks. As an Aussie, I love the accent!!!
That was a gripping show, well told with a great mix media magic !!!
Commenting for algorithm. Love this show and this game

Love this channel. Thanks Trevor for showing us just how awesome solo rpg can be.
Thanks! This show makes the daily grind just a little easier. I hope to become a patron when able to repay you for this tonic.
Thank you Trevor. I was hoping the hunter was going to join Arn or perhaps fix his spear. 🤣
The spear got remade in the last episode :)

This long weekend just got better. Can't wait to see how Trevor punishes Arne even more.
Well, to be completely honest, I’m so excited that I canNOT wait. So there.
Can't wait! Wanting to know what Trevor (and his dice) has in store for us!
My compliments to your Australian accent
Great story-telling. Thank you for the creative inspiration.
Another great episode :) thank you
Ps. Are there any bloopers to watch in the future? Haha :)
I, too, would love a season 2 blooper reel once this story wraps up!
That was awesome! Great to have you back!
All caught up now and told my buds to check it out. This is genuinely top tier stuff don't stop!
I too am quite excited for this upcoming episode.
Well that was amazing...AGAIN!!!!
Cheers Trevor for giving us all something to look forward to on a mid-January cool day in Mass!

getting better each session as always! Congrats on your 5k subs!
It keeps getting better.
A truly spectacular series and channel. I really appreciate what you are doing.
I have to wonder what Simon would think of Arne's own adventure here, now. And if he would even survive it, were he there to help.
Wonderfully exciting Trevor keep up the good work!
A genuinely emotional episode. Glad everything worked out in the end!

On such a blue Monday this is the best possible news. I can't wait!
Thanks Trevor ! Another great episode.
Trevor , how did you come up with the forest spirits so fast ? Did you have an idea of what you might use?
Hilariously, I cut out a section where I explain that! Basically, I happened to have those minis on hand, so presto bango, the forest spirits:)
I think if you do Vigo in public you will get arrested and put into a mental treatment facility. HAHAHA, excellently played.
Ah yes,the timeless classic "Legend of Zelda:Links Below"

Finally!
I have a feeling this Vigo is going to be trapped in a painting at some point...
Yeah, I had to cut that joke out for time ;)
Yeah it would have taken at least twenty minutes to explain it to our millennial friends.😂
*gasp* YES!!!!!!
Success! Or at least a passing grade 😅

I dunno. 50/50 on the fate chart.

Baba Yaga or Baba Yar, a witch from Russian folklore, had a hut that moved around on giant chicken legs. Just throwing that out there.

Baba Yaga, is that you?
As always..great storytelling.. I think arn is doing a better job than simon.. Does it have to do with the mechanics or does arn have better stats?
Well, I wouldn't say he's doing better... in the last episode he failed trying to help Elves and brought havoc on their village!
Yeow!
