I bought the model 111 30-06 without an accra trigger off a friend of mine for 250. I mounted the Weaver 3x12x50 Scope on it. I shoot the Winchester 140 Silver Ballistic Tip Factory loads and it shoots 1/2 groups all day long @ 200 yards. It is a great shooting gun.
Mine cost me $645 US or $899 NZD (New Zealand) wish we had a wally world store down under in NZ I got mine in 300 Win Mag with a Weaver 3-9x40 scope with BDC reticle I am a Lefty so really glad a got it in LH Great Video I have 5 Savage Rifles at present I am really impressed with them..
I have the same gun. I like it. I have other .30-06s; all very accurate. I replaced the stock on this one with a Hogue over-molded stock. The difference is very noticeable. I replaced the magazine floor plate and trigger guard with all-steel components. Although I reload, I have been shooting PPU 150gr. PSP ammo and it is surprisingly accurate.
I bought the Canadian version of this in 300 win mag with the weaver scope for $660 Canadian on sale. I was looking at a mossberg patriot with a wood stock and vortex crossfire 2 scope that was 80 dollars more but the mossberg still felt cheap especially the action.

That is the best deal I seen for that rifle, everywhere else has it from $490 to $570. I need to go to Walmart tomorrow.

I picked one up in 243win for $350. Seems pretty nice. I have not shot it yet. Will post vid of it soon! Good stuff "2 4 3 is WE"
