Can you please tell me where those gray and black auxiliary wire came from that you connected to red and white auxiliary cable for amp, i have a 2010 Mazda 3 with bose system. I connected all plug and play but didn't connect that amp cont wire and when checked there was no sound, please need your help

I just received one of these for my 2008 Mazdaspeed 3. I can figure out where the colorful audio cables connect to, and I can’t seem to get any audio in my car,

Do you have a factory amplifier that is separate from the head unit ? If so that is likely not getting power from the new head unit .
