Android user here. Mine works just fine, but 80% of the times it gets stuck on connecting loop. I just need to disconnect and reconnect my device from the Bluetooth menu. Its very annoying, but at least it works.
I got flash out (my Google pixel 7pro) or black screen (head unit) after connecting the zlink, not even one success😢 But no problem with my wife's iphone, Only have problems with android auto Any suggestions?
Hey man did you able to solve it? My zlink5 connects very nice with android auto. But when I recive a call it gets sticks and freezes. Zlink5 losts it's connection with android auto and I answer the call from normal head unit. After turning off the call android auto doesn't connect back or it stucks for a while even it can connect back. My only problem with zlink5 is on Android auto is having a call. Need help so badly...

You should ask your supplier, different products this apps might not work ( it ask the activation code), so not recommend get this apps from other sellers.

I have a problem with ZLink when i try to connect for the second time. Scenario: 1st connection is always working. Then, when i leave my car (so the BT connection will drop) and get back to it after a while it will never connect back. I have to always restart my radio to connect with CarPlay again. My Samsung connects to this android unit via zlink no problem, but when it does, it doesnt show the full width of the screen, it only shows in the centre of the screen and the side are blacked out. Is it because my phone is android and the head unit is android? How do i fix this?
That is the android auto app itself ( the BMW android screen is wide screen ( with 1920*720 resolution). It not compatible fully, CarPlay ( iPhone) is better in compatibility.

Hi, i tried everything but- the car head unit connecta to my phones hotspot -> I can see zlink as apple tv on my phone - I commect with my phone, it says connected but nothing happens on the sceeem of the head unit. I would like to par to the bluetooth of the Z link but I cant wee it anywhere - I just see the cars regular bluetooth, and it cant be turned off - its a separate app not in the settings (note, I named the cars legace bluetooth differently than the Zlink bluetooth is named - could this be the issue ? Is there a version of Zlink which can compensate for this ? ) I also tried the wire connection - doesent work at all, but I have an aftermarket cable - could that be the cause of the problem ?

Maybe your phone also connected to OEM Bluetooth? If yes , disable the original Bluetooth.

If the apps was deleted, it can be install again in “ Apk manager “ in apps menu
