Much simpler than mine. I'm Namibian and love egusi soup. But I will still add pork trotter, tripe and maybe lamb to it since goat meat is expensive here. Will try this one next time.. Just saved your video and by the way this earned you a subscriber.. I'm going to look for white soup on your page but fresh yum is hard to get here.
Hello! Ty for the video. How long does the egusi cook? The actual pumpkin seed, ho long once you add it to the soup? Please and thank you Hello. I can’t find egusi seeds so if 1. I use pumpkin seeds should they be raw? 2. And should the be salted or unsalted? Please and thank you

It looked like that shrimp was not de-veined. This recipe looks fine but I do not eat meat. I look forward to a vegan option.
You did not use the iru
I think she forgot to use it as it was part of her ingredients she showed in the beginning
How is this soup? I thought soup has broth but she did say you can add more water or broth for your preference.
You did not tell us why you’re dropping the Egusi in lumps🥺
I can imagine that the taste of the red oil or palm oil will over shadow the taste of every other ingredients.....the oil is a bit much
Fufu
This is Yoruba egusi
Any tribe can however make this 🙂
