@@fahrimaelma9852 Hey! I faced the same problem. I realized I was using the Chefmaster Liqua-gel color in *Red Red* and it always turned out pink. I started using the Chefmaster Liqua-gel *Super Red* and 7 drops per pound gives you the best rich red color. Hope it helps❤️

I thought I wasn’t using a string enough food colouring or too much cocoa but my brand definitely isn’t unsweetened so I’ll try that on my next batch and hope it works. Plus I’ve seen a recipe that uses a little cinnamon to intensify the taste of the cocoa while only needing 20g for the recipe so there’s less risk of browning.

Can you just clear a doubt regarding choco cake..how long is the preheating time before baking?secondly even after the adviced time of 35 -40 seconds in cake videos tooth pick doesn't come out clear..thirdly y does a deep crater appears in the centre of the cake with thick crust around and uncooked batter after 40mints at 180degree like I mentioned
Baking time depends on a host of things,the size of the batter,size n color of pan,the type of oven,temperature,mixing method.so I don’t know what ur problem might be,but this is a method that works for me with a any oven: preheat for 10mins (180c) then bake for 45-1hr at 170c ,don’t open the oven until after at least 40mins if ur pan is over 6” in diameter 😘

Too much vinegar and baking soda,u should use I tsp of soda and 1tsp of vinegar for 2cups of flour (don’t be tempted to use more)
