@@Vahig7 I been on this vocal recovery journey for like a year now (been having to work on and off). Imma start this adding this exercise into my daily routine and will hopefully remember to report back
This is wonderful... I nearly wrecked my voice due to singing every night for 3 years, and not singing /Breathing correctly. This lead to a very hoarse and shot voice.. Since watching these videos and practicing the techniques I noticed my vocal tone getting better and clearer..Thank you for these videos, they saved my singing career :)

No need to panic - it's most likely that you strained a muscle outside of your larynx. So back off and let the hurt go away first. Then try this exercise very softly on a lower pitch. If that's okay then gradually try higher pitches - but don't sing loud until everything feels okay.
I'll tell you how i lost my voice- by getting really angry and screaming and yelling in a fit of rage and somehow i injured my throat and i'm taking lessons from this video.

Thank you so much, Mark. I am blown away by your generosity in posting these clips and responding to us on here. You are a reminder of the goodness of human nature, not to mention the good that the internet can be used for! Will start humming today.
Mark! Mark here! Much love to you brother! Been referring back to these videos for the past 7 yrs or so, when I started touring relentlessly. God bless you sir!
I can't believe this was made 7 years ago. It is still great and all of these exercises help a lot. There is a magical moment when things click and all the tension disappears and the sound just comes out smooth. Its really pleasant.
@@voicelessondotcom This is true. I know all of this is about constant work and practice and patience, but even after playing with some of these videos these couple nights, I feel a huge difference. If there are any videos or routines or materials you think may be particularly good for me to watch, I am more than open to suggestions! And, don't worry, I am very conscious that I need to pace myself, and relax, and not force anything. I also do calistechnics and a few other things and its... very frustrating to suddenly be at square 1 on a few things again, and trying to force myself to perform as pre illness... it did not work and maybe made things worse, so I am taking my time now. But... hey, maybe its a blessing, maybe we get the satisfaction of achieving things again, too. I say it a lot, but I've enjoyed your videos a lot and they have been very healing as well. Thanks! Also, the band is great.
Wait after using it how long did it take you to get your normal voice back because I think I have damaged my vocal chords a bit. So how long did it take?
@@user-uv9hj9md7v Heh I can't believe its been 6 months. Well, I'm still working on it. The time I was sick left a lot of bad habits and I still get tired when talking for a while, but its improving slowly. In my case, I was tightening my throat a lot when I spoke, my breathing was all messed up, my tongue was tensing and blocking my throat, and the like. I still can't talk like I could before I got sick, so I guess that's bad news, but on the positive, I don't think I have long term damage, and keep improving daily. Its just endurance is hard to build up. I hope that answer helps! speaking with the diaphragm and learning to consciously relax my throat and be conscious of tongue position has helped a lot. I didn't need to do any of those things before, but then again, I haven't really spoken much for over a year now, so who knows. Perhaps I just forgot how. Best of lucks!~
@@murbly Ok thank you because i think i have over worked my voice because its uncomfortable to talk and i cant hit high notes like i used to. I have tried taking a break but its still there so im gonna try this video and i dont know if thus makes sense but my vocal cords feel dull?
Dear Mark, I come back to this video and your other vocal therapy ones almost every day. I watch at least one every day re:Challenge!; but usually more because, as with other delights, one is never enough. I had a great solo show today thanks to you. You are the Voice Whisperer Extraordinaire.Thank you so very much. Namaste from yet another star struck devoted fan.
Thank you Sir! This is the most challenging exercise for me now. I developed a bad habit like I'm gargling some of my tones when I'm singing. I will do this everyday and will be very patient.
Until you start sounding better . . . or just can't hold back from screaming again! Seriously, you can do this hum for many hours if you have the time and focus. You should never feel worse for doing so (if so it means you're trying to sound good).
“Or just can’t hold back from screaming” if you also mean belting, what is this state called? Sometimes I am randomly in that state, I can feel my singing voice and urge to sing just ready to pour out of me. Other days its just not there. Why does that happen and how can I get that feeling when I need it? Will warmups everyday help? I made the mistake “waiting”
@@skepticsquirrel7560 That "state" is confusing passion with push. The desire to "feel" your emotions pour out is suspiciously void of vulnerability and intimacy. I belted out rock songs for years and years - and during those years wondered why I was often in a state of vocal fatigue and why audiences would often be lukewarm to my performances. It wasn't until I became more dynamic - allowing intimate passages to set up the big belts that things really took off. Warming up every day was a big part of the turn around for me. It allowed me to trust doing less physically to sing - which in turn allowed me to choose when I sang hard. Much more effective!
Will this also help if you're years out of practice? I used to sing but now I can barely sing for my own pleasure which is all I want, to enjoy my voice again. I miss it terribly and don't know if it will ever return
Pretend your reading a story to a child "and the little mouse said..." then imitate the high voice of the mouse. I'm guessing your falsetto is still there. Its just not the main voice that it was before your voice changed. Or if you're in the middle of your voice changing, it will eventually return.
If you're singing in a healthy way there is no ned to rest the voice. When you mention pain it makes me tell you to wait until seeing the doctor. You don't have pain when you speak so it's pointing towards bad singing technique. Without knowing you it is impossible for me to give any other advice but to say wait until you get the all clear form your doctor.
I thought my voice was gone. But when I did these exercises it suddenly worked without even hurting. But actually I have a sore throat and that hurts a bit. But not the singing itself anymore.
Hey! I just finished my vocal rest for 5 days and I tried doing this and my voice is starting to come back again. At first, I sung a song and it's really hard and I saw in your comments that you must not sing your favorite RnB and comparing your ability when you were healthy, Instead do some light humming vocalization. I'am very thankful for all of the vocal teachers who do videos to help singers Kudos to all of you, especially your videos it really helped me. Thank you :)
You can start now with the hum - being mindful that it's okay if things sound bad. Let the voice crack and cut out while focusing on keeping external muscles off. Once the hum is fairly consistent - then move on to this exercise.
This is incredibly helpful. I was always looking for tips on singing better and never thought about looking for ways to repair my voice. I could tell I was singing incorrectly and that there was damage. This was real easy to find and just the sort of help I needed. Thanks a ton. Subscribed.
Jesus christ, thank goodness I found this video because I lost my ability to properly sing high notes for a second and that was a real big problem as a soprano. Some heros don't wear capes
I so appreciate the straight forward exercises you're sharing here for free! I can't afford lessons right now and a lot of the online stuff I come across is mostly talking and they don't show you the exercises so much as they try to get you to pay for videos (which is a super fun surprise after sitting through 15 minutes of talking lol). So thanks!
I've been doing your exercises for about 3 weeks now and its really helping me along. I've been singing for years, but for some stupid reason started smoking herb about 9 months ago and my voice really took a hit (no pun intended). It was never an every day thing but a weekend thing. Stupid, I know. I never thought it would affect me this badly. I quit 3 weeks ago. Its affected mostly my highest range the most. Just wondering if there is anything else you recommend I should do to help recover? I realize that recovery will take time. I have an appointment booked with ENT but the earliest they can get me in is in two months time. Thanks.
You definitely did the right thing by quitting. Mostly it's the heat of the smoke that disturbs the surface layers of the vocal folds. The heal takes time - but I suspect you'll be just fine. Keep thinning the folds by vocalizing low volume high notes with hums, slides and lip trills.
Voice Lesson.com I used a water pipe loaded with ice when I did smoke so hopefully the heat didn't do a lot of heat damage. I will keep at the exercises, like I say its made a big difference so far. Thanks so much for all the great videos :)
Cole Train I think coldness effects the vocal cords negatively aswell, because cold shocks them. So if you want to repair your vocal cords, I suggest drinking warm drinks to soothe your throat such as hot chocolate, but if you prefer cold drinks, try room temperatured water etc. I'm no expert, so don't feel obligated to take my advice but just thought I could possibly help! :)
You can definitely smoke and maintain a great voice, it's very possible. Also, stop demonizing it, nothings wrong with you wanting to smoke a little lol
Super helpful. Been a long time bar singer and a few month ago I got hit with a terrible cold that wiped me out. It then spread to my voice and I got a terrible case of laryngitis. Even now I’m still recovering my normal speaking voice. Been living with a fear that it’ll never come back but it always does eventually. This exercise really opened my throat up and even had me spit up a ton of excess mucus. Thx a ton. This will be a daily practice till I’m 100%
Thank you so much! You gave me hope... I thought i would never have my voice back.. Watching all your videos... I just want to thank you... best wishes!
For most people discovering the whistle register is the result of bad behavior - usually from pushing too hard. So if you have lost the ability to get there my guess is your voice is getting better - not worse. You can certainly sing in whistle in a legit way but you should start off at a very low volume.
Will this work for me...I am 18 and a musical theatre singer I use to have good technique but have got lazy with it and I've noticed I can hear a lot of air coming through when I sing and creates a sort of buzzing sound in my throat and also makes me sound scratchy...will this exercise help?
I am finding this to be just what I need right now. I have recovered from the flu and fluid in my left lung (In late November/December). After the forced rest I needed to get well, This is just what I needed! Thank you so much!
Sir, I am untrained singer [boy][17 years] , just sung up high note of male [ A4] and sung female high note in female voice [C5] for a month and at the sudden I can hear my voice air rushing or a scratchy sound in communicating voice . Just took a break of 3 weeks but in 3 weeks I suffered from constant throat clearing and the scratchy voice. ? Sir, what to do sir? Did I damage my vocal cord ?
You did not damage yourself. You irritated the muscles of your larynx. Sing gently and stop trying to sing the highest notes possible and you'll be fine.
I lost my voice, and now its hard for me to hit falsetto and headtone, what can I do, pleàse help me sir,😞 every time I try to sing my voice got struggling even in a lownote, now I can't even sing RNB but ballad song think its still good for me to sing but I love RNB song, help me sir to know what is do and don't to recover my voice. thank you in advance.😇
The do is to vocalize very lightly with hums until your voice recovers. The don't is singing your favorite RnB song and comparing your ability to when you were healthy.
Wow thank you so much for your lesson videos. I love to sing and was right on pitch with your voice without the stress of using a tone that was not in my range. I want vocal lessons however they are so expensive so thank you for sharing these lessons with us.
I recently just strained my vocal folds not warming up and going straight into high notes. I’m pretty bummed because I can’t sing for a week or so and I’m in a musical. My teacher introduced me to this video and I’m hoping it helps! It’s been 4 days since the strain. When do you think I should start doing this repair?
You can start on this routine right now - but be very forgiving if your voice breaks up or cuts out. Don't push to fix the sound. When the hum is smooth and even then you should move to this video. ua-cam.com/video/ySgg2YUDGH4/v-deo.html

FINALLY A HELPFUL VIDEO! my voice is currently lost when i try to do high notes because of all the coughing from a cold im getting over and doing this i can feel where my voice is lost and this is helping a lot to get it back and in action!
hey mark. I think I've damaged my voice from pushing and trying to hit high notes at a louder volume because i couldn't hit them at a softer volume... i basically can't sing pop songs unless i change the key... can you recommend anything? I dont know how to assess the damage of my voice. Do I need to get a singing instructor to assess it because thats expensive and I dont think i can do that! Thank you. Luke.
+Luke Choles You're nto damaged - just restricted. You're not allowing your voice to change registers naturally for those high notes so pushing seems like the only solution. It''s not. Try sucking instead! As in, let yourself sound bad (out of control, cracking, wobbling) for a while as you ask for high notes to come without pushing. Nobody wants to suck so it usually never occurs to you that the awkward sounds are just temporary. It's no different when you learn any new instrument. You have to put up with sucking for a while. With singing - we can sound decent right away - and that locks us into restrictive behaviors. If you want more range let your voice suck for a while.
Thank you!! I had a bout with allergies a few weeks ago and my sinuses were shot, as well as my voice. I went out and struggled through a few songs and pretty much lost my upper register. This feels great and makes total sense. (I followed Dr. Dan over here when I heard there was a baritone teacher around) Thanks again.
I can't thank you enough Mark! I will check them out for sure. Hopefully I can write back with some good news soon...and get back on implementing all your other teachings as well. Best, - Sebastian

Thanks again Mark. I tried the "repair your voice" exercise, and it has been helping me. In the higher tones, there were no spasms. I am feeling a relief. Just a note that I do experience tightening when I speak also, but it is getting less each day. I need to decrease my volume! I just wanted to make it clear that my voice is still very clear, just the muscle spasm that is interfering! Once I am healed, I will be following your videos and techniques to be sure not to re-injure myself!
here I am back on your channel.. I had a beautiful falsetto up until about two years ago. What turned out to be a silent reflux has taken a lot of my range. Medication hasn't worked (PPIs), so I dropped it and focus on exercices. Your channel helps a lot. Still, I want to be able to use my voice again. It is so frustrating to know what you were able to do, but cannot access it anymore.. I find it hard to understand that many doctors are not aware of the harm LPR can do to a singer.. thank you again for your content. kudos from Swwitzerland

The goal is to do it as many times as it takes for your voice to become clear. But if after ten minutes you either hear no difference or you feel strained - obviously stop and give it a break. Start gently.

Starting with this, as well as your Quick Vocal Rescue tips to get my singing voice back in shape after a multiple year absence. Tried to sing more formally on stage the other week, and was really bummed by my lack of pitch control and stamina. How often should I do these exercises? 1x daily throughout my range? Any other vids for "vocal restoration"? Thanks a lot Mark! 🤘
You should do a lot more than two exercises. Basically, your brain has to remap your voice to coordinate the instrument you have now after such a long lay off. The bigger the variety of exercises the better. Either start at the top of my videos and work down or use my warmup, singing high and power playlists. Always focus on staying comfortable as your voice flounders for control. Minimum one hour a day - two would be better.
Thanks so much, Mark. I was desperate to find this lesson because, again thanks to you,I was very excited/greedy re: singing progress and couldn't stop singing. You're the top! xoxo
Thank U for your quick response, I do sip on water constantly for exactly that reason, I started using saline nasal spray and have found some relief from the drip my vocals are still not as crystal clear as they use to be. my voice has changed some since this problem started, But I still get a pretty positive thumbs up from people who hear me sing, although I don't have the range I use to have and sometimes the drip makes me sound raspy or something. Thank you for ur help. I think you're awesome
Hey mark thank you for helping all the singers all around the world ♥️ i needed a suggestion, i have 10 days continue shows so what should be my daily routine to keep my voice healthy and damage free.. please guide i would be really grateful 🙏🙏 love and respect from india
I literally have the most damaged voice for many reasons and also hsve been singing without knowing how to sing at all my whole entire life. I saw a video once and realized I was NEVER singing properly at all. Not in my singing voice at all In fact I feel like what I found that day was SO CLEAR AND UNTOUCHED SO UNDAMAGED AS I believe I have always been speaking singing in a forced voice. As a child I had such a gentle super soft voice and was very embarrassed about it now I think forced this for so many years. So this person told me to put my hand on my neck larynx back of my head or something and I literally found my voice WILD! IT WAS UNTOUCHED SO CLEAR. Maybe because I've never spoken in it or sang? I HAD HOPE:((((( But I can't remeber now and cant find it but my speaking voice which id what I sing in is trashed badly but I only did this a few times tonight and it literally improved it at least double even more from where I was at. f almost instantaneously! Now my question is how do u find my signing voice again? I just remember him telling me to put my hand on the back of my head and something about this is where mixed voice and where we typically sign from. Can you help me find it again? And this video is awesome! Your so so so clear in your explanation lile no messing around. You explained the issue have the solution it was simple easy and so effective like so effective I'm floored in less than a few minutes. Yay thank-you for that. Thank-you for any help! I am set to start singing buying a harp and I know there's hope.
Oh gosh I hope your still around 🙏❤️ firstly thankyou for your time and wonderful advice 🤗 May I ask pls what U might suggest for my situation 🙏 due to strangulation (DV) my vocal cords have never been the same 😩 I haven't been able to sing higher notes anymore, and seems to be getting worse over the years. I don't sing professionally as such, but I so loved to sing and challenge myself til I'd nail a song, very good for my soul, my happiness and confidence. Sorry this is so long, it's a big loss to me. Thankyou again 😁
I recommend you explore those high notes at a really low volume while swinging your arms in big circles. I think you are just protecting your throat by locking down all the muscles. I don't blame you - but it's blocking off your range.
i've just been in a very vocally demanding production and my voice is absolutely shot! i have an audition on wednesday ( little red from into the woods !! ) and i am a mezzo-soprano and your videos have been so incredibly helpful. my voice already feels a million times better. though your videos have provided me with answers, do you have any other tips on ways to preserve your voice and/or sing in a way that stops it from getting sore? i seem to lose it after every show and, being someone who wants to perform on broadway one day, it's worrying that merely a few weekend shows can tire my voice out. thank you for posting such incredibly helpful videos! you have certainly earned me as a subscriber and student :)
It might seem intimidating at first to sign on to a 7 show a week production but it's ironically a great way to kick out of cycle of singing too hard and then resting to recuperate. If you had to sing every night you would pace yourself differently - because you'd be concerned about making it through the week. Knowing you only have two shows to sing each weekend is allowing you to be less mindful about preserving your voice - so it gets irritated and then you get paranoid. Since you can't wave a magic wand and land on Broadway - prepare for what you want by videoing yourself performing a scene with some demanding vocals every night for weeks on end. Warm up your body and voice and take it seriously. Critique each performance and post what you think is good on UA-cam so you know other eyeballs will see it. It's not until your under that kind of pressure that you'll really get to know your voice. Good luck at the audition!
I developed laryngitis, or something thereof, a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, I sang the night it was pretty bad but stopped after that. Ever since then, my voice hasn't been the same. I have had two ENT docs look at my vocal cords and they said it looks fine. I've noticed improvement but it's taking a long time. Is there anything I can do to speed up recovery? I'm a singer and I miss it so much. Thanks.
The trick is to allow your voice to sound bad as you return to singing. When doctors don't see irritation it means the muscle walls or your throat are what's sore and rigid. Be gentle and start here: ua-cam.com/video/i65C5Xi-IiA/v-deo.html then do this: ua-cam.com/video/rYpj2mfvxbM/v-deo.html
What a wonderful channel you have! I was singing for years on the jersey circuit, and then I stopped singing for medical reasons (went blind for a couple of years, regained some sight back, but getting to gigs became a problem, and a lot of judgment came with it), but now I would like to get my voice back so I could do some possible recording gigs. I’m hoping this will help. I just started vocalizing this week and just found your videos. Btw, Is this the same Mark Baxter who used to be in a band with Fred Dodds ? Don’t know if you’ll remember me from all the bands in NJ, if you’re the same Mark Baxter. Regards, - Dee
Yes - I'm the same Mark! Glad you're returning to your passion. The thing to remember is that there's nothing wrong with your voice! That would be like me faulting the guitar I never play for how bad it sounds in my hands! So explore a variety of exercises and approach them with humility. Don't force a performance esthetic and you'll return to form faster.
@@voicelessondotcom OMG!! Rivendell!!! Glad to see you’re doing well, Mark! You were always great and a very nice, humble guy. I was in a band with Fred for about 5 minutes...LOL! In fact, I think we might have worked on a couple of gigs. I used to be in a bunch of band, including Flight 19 and The Watch. Do you remember me? This was a band I had filled in for in 89, but it’s the only thing I have to show to see if you remember. Just tried calling the number on your site, but it seems to be disconnected. Great to see you on here, and SO appreciative for the free lessons. - Dee
What would you recommend if your voice throat is gettin real tight after middle C?? Should I just hold off on those notes or do them in falsetto to take the strain off??The only time I used to feel strain like that was past a G. I’ve been dealing with some swelling for a bit and tryna use your exercises and better talking technique to help!
Mark - I had successful surgery in 2011 to remove a nodule, but it seems to have come back. My original songs were just too high, and I sang too hard, for too many years. I moved away from singing and talk to customers 8 hours a day, and I've got laryngitis more often than not. I'm SO frustrated. I'm sure it's bad technique. I have tried several of your exercises, and I will continue to try. Thank you for posting. I am desperate to get my falsetto back, and even some lower range I've lost, and to be able to sing again. It's so disappointing.
It was never your song's fault Rob! You were most likely abusing your voice before you ever sang - as your speech habits now indicate. So address what was never addressed. Start simple: ua-cam.com/video/ySgg2YUDGH4/v-deo.html and focus on getting through work without irritating your voice: ua-cam.com/video/E-EsLY97U_U/v-deo.html Then you can get back into singing without causing more trouble.
Thanks for the reply, Mark. Since my mid-thirties, I always sang the high tenor parts in every group I sang in. I stretched that "rubber band" hard, but never had problems until I was 48. I will definitely do your exercises and see if I can relearn proper technique. I really miss singing harmonies with my daughters. I don't make a sound above an E at present 😔
A visit to an ENT is the first step to make sure there's no new pathology. Then it's about regaining elasticity - which is best done by asking for higher notes at very low volumes (even if they blank out). It's not harmful to let your voice sound bad as you ask for your range back. It IS harmful to force your voice to produce a professional esthetic when the folds are thick and rigid.
Quick - jump into a time machine and relive the last two weeks without putting so much stress on your voice! Okay - not an option - but really the only solution. So now you've got to reduce your swelling best you can. Do the routines on this video, "Worried About Vocal damage" "Singing With a Cold" "Advanced Vocal Frye" then "Great Vocal Warm Up" as your gigs get near. Keep your volume low. Don't push when your voice cracks. Allow it to sound bad but feel good (meaning no stress) until shows.

Thank you so much for all the free lesson’s you upload here on UA-cam! It has helped me a lot! I’m very grateful with you, peace from Bali

After radiation with cancer, my voice is struggling. I'm so thankful for these videos!
I just got through puberty and i lost the voice cracking but also lost my falsetto. Im WAS in a choir too.
Pretend your reading a story to a child "and the little mouse said..." then imitate the high voice of the mouse. I'm guessing your falsetto is still there. Its just not the main voice that it was before your voice changed. Or if you're in the middle of your voice changing, it will eventually return.
Eric Walker My voice is also changing, and Qi am literally losing my falsetto...😢 how should I do ?

The tip that you have provided in this lesson is really superb and helpful in repairing vocal.

Thanks for the video Sir!!♥️ You've Done great .. God bless you ❤️

Voice Lesson.com
I used a water pipe loaded with ice when I did smoke so hopefully the heat didn't do a lot of heat damage.
You're welcome Mane! Be patient and allow your voice to come to you.
Thank you so much! :-) Best wishes!
this exercise is incredible! it really clears up the roughness in the vocal chords! thank you so much!
Glad to help!
For most people discovering the whistle register is the result of bad behavior - usually from pushing too hard. So if you have lost the ability to get there my guess is your voice is getting better - not worse. You can certainly sing in whistle in a legit way but you should start off at a very low volume.
Im crying bcuz i havent been able to sing for months 😭❤ thank you its helping i felt so sad i thought i lost my voice for good
Will this work for me...I am 18 and a musical theatre singer I use to have good technique but have got lazy with it and I've noticed I can hear a lot of air coming through when I sing and creates a sort of buzzing sound in my throat and also makes me sound scratchy...will this exercise help?
Yes - plus not being lazy!
@@voicelessondotcom thank you sir, I wrote the same more than 10 channels but non replied . ❤️thanks sir

The do is to vocalize very lightly with hums until your voice recovers. The don't is singing your favorite RnB song and comparing your ability to when you were healthy.

I hope you're back in action soon!
Thanks again Mark. I tried the "repair your voice" exercise, and it has been helping me. In the higher tones, there were no spasms. I am feeling a relief. Just a note that I do experience tightening when I speak also, but it is getting less each day. I need to decrease my volume!

Oh gosh I hope your still around 🙏❤️ firstly thankyou for your time and wonderful advice 🤗
May I ask pls what U might suggest for my situation 🙏 due to strangulation (DV) my vocal cords have never been the same 😩 I haven't been able to sing higher notes anymore, and seems to be getting worse over the years.
I'll admit...I like this video. You know what you are talking about. I need to watch your videos on breathing as well.
Welcome to my channel Kerry! There's a lot here to take in - but it all leads towards singing with comfort and control.

Thankyou so much voice mechanic. Simple but brilliant.
Keep gently chipping away at your condition!
i've just been in a very vocally demanding production and my voice is absolutely shot! i have an audition on wednesday ( little red from into the woods !! ) and i am a mezzo-soprano and your videos have been so incredibly helpful. my voice already feels a million times better. though your videos have provided me with answers, do you have any other tips on ways to preserve your voice and/or sing in a way that stops it from getting sore? i seem to lose it after every show and, being someone who wants to perform on broadway one day, it's worrying that merely a few weekend shows can tire my voice out.
thank you for posting such incredibly helpful videos! you have certainly earned me as a subscriber and student :)
Thanx so much, great exercise!!!!

I’ve been dealing with some swelling for a bit and tryna use your exercises and better talking technique to help!
Always take the strain off by letting the resonance move up into your head.
Hey I stumbled upon your videos and was wondering would these work for someone who has been dealing with a strained and scratchy voice for a few years now
Definitely - just start out gently.
THANK YOU. I love the way you teach btw. It’s so nice and all around comforting yet has the right kind of pacing motivation to it :)
Sounds like ' Hun - Ni - a ' :) very meditative exercise. I like it. It feels good. Thanks Mark

Hi Mark, wondering where you live and whether or not you do any public performances. You have such a great voice!
