Hard to see in the video but it’s actually a paper smart target on the wall. You put your phone in front of it so it can see the codes, shoot the target and it registers on the app. Hope that makes sense! It works very well.

Square your stance up by turning your hips and shoulders more towards the target, and roll your shoulder forward to into the butt of the rifle. This will help to manage the recoil.
Also, check out emissary development. They're my favorite hand stops on the market.
