- Far from being just another Dark Souls clone, 2019s Remnant: From the Ashes was one of my favorite inspired-by-FromSoftware games. Dismissed by some as “Dark Souls with guns,” Remnant used the Soulslike genre as a platform for innovation and originality. Remnant 2 builds on that foundation and improves on it in almost every way.

Quick correction, there are 4 classes to start with. Those being the Challenger, Medic, Hunter, and Handler. The 5th, the Gunslinger, is unlocked via gameplay or you can get it right away if you preorder. Theres also other classes, at least a 6th, they showed in their last trailer.

Stop with this "soulslike"
i don't like the fact you HAVE to wear that fucking backpack no matter what.
and guns feel like toy guns they do no visible damage.

Those are the dumbest reasons I've ever heard for saying a game is mid lol.
You’ve clearly never played these games. Lol. And sure, being able to shoot off heads completely, shoot out legs to drop enemies to their knees, and realistic recoil depending on what part of the body you hit isn’t realistic damage.
Try playing it for more then 5 minutes clown
