I'm from Slovenia and we don't have flax meal in stores too, but i guess you can make it yourself. I had google it and flax seeds are semi di lino(google translate, i hope it's right) so you can crush it yourself. I guess it's the same.
I never made this one, since I'm just seeing this video (weird....) BUT since the I did make the cauliflower crust one (I assume that's what you mean by the most recent flour-less pizza.....) and since the entire crust is a veggie I assume the newer one is healthier.
:-( I'm Italian and I've never seen any of this stuff you're using to cook (what is flax meal????)...guess they don't sell it here...I'm so disappointed...I could really use this special pizza with "three lows in a row"! Anyway, thank you so much Cassey I love every single vid you upload! I've never liked exercising (and sweating!) so much ;-D
Actually it's not Similar to Stevia, because Stevia is a natural sweetener straight from plants, but Splenda, Apartame, and all other artificial sweeteners are chemicals made in a lab, and very toxic. This is not to discredit you, but I thought you should know, so maybe you could help others out in this matter=).
I love your cooking vids! Yay! Cassey I have the same ballet tunic from Free People. :) I am soo making this pizza! Thank you so much!

Is it possible to replace the flax seed with something else? I can't eat it.
Compared to your most recent flour-less pizza, which one is better: taste & health wise?
@BlogilatesTV u can also just get flax seeds and ground them in a coffie grinder :D
