Thanks for the deep explanation related to "move mode" and "action points available" . It's probably the core mechanic to survival
Great.
Be careful about cannibalizing, it gives a big boost to your quazimorphosis meter which means you'll be fighting stronger enemies sooner. It's fine to do in an emergency if you are starving but you should stick with normal food first.
The specific one Das found is worth consuming as it had a Max health bonus. But - yeah. Don't attract the ethereal invaders!
Good point. I was going to show how to craft canned meat but didn't get to it.
Go to mars or its moons on that missions the quasimorph meter dosent fill up
@@dennisdreck563 I bet Quasimorphs played Doom so they know to stay away from that planet.
@@PeteOfDarkness i tought the same ^^ pretty cool gimic
Thanks for the guide! I was hesitant about picking up the game because of how complex it looked, after viewing your guide i decided to pick it up
when you unlock new classes percy makes a great ghost and a wonderful tunnel rat. Ps : on the moon you can barter 1 ledger for 60 which is more than ok.
Not sure if it’s your accent, your glasses, your beard, your baldness, but you definitely emanate an air of authority over the mechanics of this highly complex, niche, retro PC game.
I wouldve right clicked on the door to shut it as the shotgun guy approached from behind. Lots of information from the video, thanks a lot.
Thanks! I've managed to survive and complete a mission thanks to you.
Thank you for the tutorial! Great info.
Thank you Das! Extremely useful tips
Great video! It was really great to understand your thought process behind every action. Are you a Teacher or professor? You kinda sound like one when explaining things.
So helpful, thank you so much! Just got the game and was kinda puzzled
Thanks Das! Picked this and Wargroove 2 up off the back of your videos.
You rock!
Was getting tired of opening doors and being killed instantly on Venus.
Now I know to sneak around and scout out enemies lol
Thanks for the tutorial!
Very useful video!
What a useful vid! Thx!
thx dude
Is this still all valid with the update?
@@WiseOwl_1408 most of it
Do you know how to get / farm Quasimorphic weapons such as the crossbow?
enjoyed every minute. just started and there is way too little info. probably restart again lol
Enemies moving when I still have action points (didn't ended the turn) is normal or a bug? I just got killed by a robot who attacked me just after I moved to the tile next to him with 1AP I had left (wanted to insta kill him with a machette)
I think with certain injuries there's a ~10% chance to miss your turn everytime you take an action, always check to see how your injuries are affecting you.
@@IwantpetkoalaNope. It's a bug if you switch modes while already using one action the game misleads you into how many actions you have. If for example you start in walk mode and switch to run midway between actions the game will show you that you have 2 actions. Which is a lie because you only have one action for this turn left.
Bugs aside, looks promising
Thank you good sir. It turns out i've been playing it all wrong.
Just lost my fully geared clone due to some asshole opening up on me with a flamethrower. Real fun mechanics :(
Just hitting a brick wall with the game.
Cant store loot enough, then as soon as i lose an agent your on a downward spiral and run out of equipment.
Store on your character? you will get plenty of items as 1) mission rewards 2) trading.
Dont sweat about picking EVERYTHING. Just grab whatever is valuable or what you are needing.
You get a care package full of starter gear as soon as one of your agents die. I didn’t see it either on my first run through.
y didn't I get this game before this
I really enjoyed watching this video; dunno why but it gives me Culture like vibes 乁( •_• )ㄏ
This game sucks. I think dev doesn't like games at all. Or just don't understand what they are doing. They cut things from other games and smash them together without second thoughts.
unfortunately, in a roguelike hard as hell were you loose your high level gear and weapons if you die... cant be having crashes.. otherwise you loose all your items and becomes even more frustrating.
Don't waste your money on this EA, not finished yet. The dev's don't communicate with Steam or GoG community, is a fucking money grab, again Early Access never be finished game.
Lot of complex mechanics and great gameplay for it to be a “money grab” IMO. Def be wary of EA titles always tho
Couldn't disagree more . This game is great.
this comment aged poorly
This comment didn't age well
It's still too hard for me when I can get shot and die from infection before I can reach something against blood poisoning.
Isabelle. She's immune against infection.
@@Artameful yeah I found out, just unlocked the spaceborn ghost class, it's super fun
