Monogamy is for marriage, not for crafting. I LIKE THAT!! I'm the same way with multiples going on at one. Oh wait, I'm not married. Not now, and likely not ever again. I love seeing all your crafts in the works and your daily chats. Hugs'n'Smooches!

I love your sweater - the granny jewelery is perfect with it!! I love you working on your socks - so many so quick - I work on dishcloths for my easy projects - today my hand is doing well - I even pulled out the king size purple monster - felt good to be back on my game!! Have a great day

All of our crafts when you break it down are pretty simple. Keep on practicing, that’s what I’m doing. Know that you can do it no matter how hard the pattern looks at first.

Switching projects often helps reduce repetitive motion injuries.
I like to switch between knit and crochet, large needles, small needle projects, finishing projects, sometimes all in a day. My hands dont hurt or get tired near so much.
Beautiful sweater youve made. You sure get a lot done. I love that green.
I was just thinking the other day about the home insulating properties of yarn. Lol.
Mine is in bins by project and stacked in order of when Im planning to do them. They dont take up a lot of wall space as I am being very careful about how many projects ahead Im buying for. But I figure they reduce the air space my ac has to cool, so yay for me! I get a cooler room.
Im just finishing up a sweater for my son. Knitting. I mostly knit, but some crochet.
This sweater I started 2 weeks ago and Im on the end of the first sleeve and only the other sleeve to do. Might finish today.
Its on size 11 needles, top down in the round, 2 strands of Caron Cloud Cakes held together, 2 different colors for body and sleeves below the division, claret and gray. It makes a beautiful marl.
Above the sleeves I used 2 skeins of Gutsy Grays, made sure the stripe colors did not match up, so it made an intarsia impression look in varying stripes but not bold stripes. In one stripe the colors came together in a perfect gradient for 2 inches just before the division for the sleeves.
The cloud cakes yarn is so soft, and held together makes the most squishy cushy but still lightweight cozy sweater. My friends cant stop touching it when they visit. Lol.
Some projects just keep comi g to a stop, like the pattern I was trying for this sweater and yarn before. It just kept not feeling right. I worked on it for 2 months. Only got halfway. Unravelled.
Realized wrong pattern for my son and for the yarn. Switched to this other pattern and almost done 2 weeks later.
My sister knits socks while she walks her kids to and from school and while waiting for them during lessons and such. Shes got lots of pairs for them all.
Have a wonderful day. Thank you for sharing. :)

I’m definitely one to bounce projects. I think that’s why I get so much done. I think bouncing keeps the excitement and when I’m excited about a piece I work faster.
Yes! There have been projects I’ve lost interest in and it felt like “punishment knitting” to get it done. Those are slow tortuous stitches I tell you.
I got a partial cloud cake in one of the Mystery Yarn Challenges I was part of. It is super soft. I did go out and buy some afterwards with the intention of making a sweater. I can only imagine how squishy 2 strands together would be.
Your sweater sounds lovely. What a great use of color.

Your sweater looks so good on you. I have always found it fascinating how someone can crochet or knit while not looking at the project. I'm over here like no don't take your eyes off it you skip a stitch 😂😂😂. Your socks look awsome. I wonder if the dragon will ever get done hmmmm ❤❤😂😂

I can look away on some things I work on, not all of them. One day the dragon will get done. Oh, I’ve got a granddaughters birthday in a few weeks. Maybe that would be a good gift for her. I know she wants a cat, how about a dragon?

You should knit or crochet while doing a video. I always work on a wip while watching. I am impressed that you can knit without looking at what you are doing. I have seen others do that but I would have such a mess trying that lol. Sweater turned out great you should show it off. Oh boy more wild fire smoke from Canada. Eyes are feeling it today. Have a great week.

I liked the Cascade yarn so much (the pink/yellow/orange, etc.) version that I went to the shop you suggested and was all set to order a ball. However, and unfortunately, shipping it to Canada was $40!! I did find a source in Canada and the yarn was full price but the shipping was much better. The yarn is so pretty and I'm glad that I ordered it. Thanks for showing it on your channel.

Wow, that’s a lot for shipping. I have no idea with Canada, everything I hear is it’s super pricey. I do really like this yarn as you can see it’s my 3rd pair using it this year. It looks great and works up well.

I’ve contemplated going through the project bags and bin of unfinished projects I’ve got going on. I’m sure some folks f them are yarn ready to be reclaimed. Others could have a shot at getting finished. I know last time I went through there was a really pretty shawl, about half done but for the life of me I can’t remember the name of the pattern.

@@anotheryarn awwww hopefully the of the pattern will come to you soon. Don’t you have a lot of sweaters that just need sleeves? Pretend they are new projects and you’re starting with the sleeve! Then all you have to do is put the sleeves on and they’re done!Lolol!
