I am working on my own chicken. I struggled with the tail, now have to join first two pieces and continue on to completion. Hopefully no more issues .. its my first.

The designer of the chicken owns the yarn shop near me and I went in and bought a kit directly from her and I am also going to take her class on how to knit the chicken since I am a beginner knitter and I don't want to mess it up. So far, I've knit 10 chickens and given away 4. Finding names for them was such fun. I've got a Froze Hen, a Lone Range Hen, a Bat Hen (I knit a removable hood to cover the head ), a Catherhen the Great, a Chicken Skittle and a Princess Layer. I got a bit (just a bit) carried away.
