I ordered 2 5 Stars last week for myself and my son. Studied a lot of Information and Watched a lot of UA-cam. The First two times I called their office, the owner David Cleveland answered the phone and took the time to answer my questions. I Upgraded both bikes with 6 items. Total only came out $111 more per bike the the basic Wired Freedom. Difference, I did not pay Shipping, Insurance, and Tax. I did not choose the E-Cell 5 Stars just because they are an Exceptional Bike and Value, but because they have an Exceptional Man running the company in David Cleveland. Great Team-Great Relationship!!! Because our bikes will arrive in the Second Shipment, I expect a lot of Excitement and Interest when we hit the Hills and Streets.
    God’s Best, “The Sixth”

I bought an E-cells 5 Star last week, bike arrived, packed well, rides nice. However the optional Torque Sensor has me thinking twice about my purchase. Top speed on throttle has been a hair over 28mph...I'm 6' 3" and 235lbs but I would think I'd be closer to the 37-40mph speed advertised.
Back to the torque sensor, it surges power constantly and will not PAS above 18mph ... setting it to PAS3, 4 or 5 doesn't pop the 18mlh barrier.
I'm still researching all of the setup parameters which are overlooked in the owners manual.
I'm guessing a call to E-Cells us on my to do list for tech assist and repairs.

David was very polite at first, even thou sometimes he took days to respond simple things. I was going to buy the Super Monarch 1000, but talked to a cargo agent and it was going to be super expensive for me due to taxes. Then I changed to the 600W hardtail which was what I could afford. I asked David if I could get the Tannus linners and $200 cupon code (which I know I could get $300 on the site and have proof of that) and he got mad and sad he wouldn't sell it to me, because it was too much trouble for him. The thing is he wanted me to do a cashier's check as a method of payment, but as I said multiple times to him in Brazil we don't do that anymore so he had to pass me some bank info, which is very normal here and worldwide I believe. He was pissed at this I guess. But he never helped me to find another solution, despite me trying everything I could to buy the bike, because I really wanted it. I spent almost 2 weeks talking to cargo agents and to my bank, trying to figure out some solution. David did nothing to help. I don't know why he did me dirty. I wasn't rude at any point, but he shut me down and blocked me. He even said he would never sell it to me when I alerted some people on the YT comment section. Some one that does that clearly doesn't care about customer service

I believe you friend. However they sell to other countries. The shipping fee to here is $932. I was almost buying it. I talked to them, called them. Everything was going fine.
