@lamazver The AWD will depend on several things. ATTESA reduces front torque in hard cornering, so the car will be more tail-happy. Also, if the ATTESA clutches are worn (with the R32 being the oldest car there) then he won't get proper front torque. I would agree that the Sky's are modified. Looking at the launches I'd guess somewhere around 500+HP coming from them. The R33 and R34 are smokin' fast.
They don't. Ask to google, look for RB20DET and RB25DET RB26DET those engines are V6. Those engines exist, so the question is where nissan put they? I got a R20DET in a 240SX
The thing about the GT-R is no one picks them out based on speed. It’s great that they tested them but it’s obvious from the start that the R35 is going to be the quickest. @lamazver Could be any number of reasons - It could be simply that the owner the car wouldn't let him rev it too hard. Maybe it has a stroker kit with a reduced redline. Since he's short-shifting on the straights, I don't think it has to do with turbo boost or wheelspin. On t he corners, maybe yes, but not on the straights. My guess is he was short-shifting for mechanical reasons - looking after the car, or if the owner wouldn't let him redline it. That's all I can think of.

@lamazver good point, didint thin about it, just watched the r32 skyline from hell thing, crazy burnout, but then again, even if u have 4WD, u can still have wheel spin
@lamazver I agree with you there :-) It's a shame he can't get the power down, for whatever reason. Mind you, the R35 was holding its own reasonably well against the tuned R33 and R34. I wonder how much of that comes down to the R35's power, and how much is due to the chassis tuning. Anyway, stock v's tuned issue aside, it's still nice seeing Skylines flat out in their natural environment.
the r32, r33 and r34 all run an RB26dett (providing these are the normal gtr engines in them) so as far as acceleration they are all similar. the r32 is the lightest though. te r35 is heaviest but runs a 3.8 litre.
im pretty sure nissan said that they are splitting the gtr from the skyline family because the 09 GTR is a pure breed Super Care. Unlike the previous GTRs which were not classified as supercars.
All the GT-Rs are so cool! But, the best one in this vid is definitely MCR's R34 Skyline though I like the R35 better. Anybody knows who tuned the R33?
The lack of driver input needed for the R35 is where Nissan lost most Skyline lovers. Look at how much more fun the other drivers are having because they have to work more with the car. R33 has the best looks and driver input balance for me. #liner4life
@KonigK1ngs actually before you call someone an idiot the r32 gtr was the car that introduced the rb26dett tt meaning twin turbo same engine as in the r33 and r34 minus few revisions but with the exception of the n1 and z tune blocks all pretty much the same........Rookie
The 200kg more in the r35 is probably due to the massive 3.8l v6 in it, rather than the 2.6l in the r34...i'd say that would add a lot more weight.. it is a very heavy for a supercar but because its designed for relatively high comfort as a street car at the same time, its not too unacceptable..
R33 still have some biting fang left, amazing what can a computer swap can do to put a huge gap between R32 and R33, even though using the same power plant, but alas got left in the dust with dated 4WD system and ceramic turbo...
Is the R32 where they sampled the Gran turismo 2 blow off valve sound from?

It's a shame he can't get the power down, for whatever reason.
What episode is this is there English version ?
the r32, r33 and r34 all run an RB26dett (providing these are the normal gtr engines in them) so as far as acceleration they are all similar. the r32 is the lightest though. te r35 is heaviest but runs a 3.8 litre.
i don't understand what they're saying, but one thing's for sure:
the drivers are having fun!
nice vid!..ü
im pretty sure nissan said that they are splitting the gtr from the skyline family because the 09 GTR is a pure breed Super Care. Unlike the previous GTRs which were not classified as supercars.
Every G-TR is superior but my favs are the R-33 and R-35 :)
All the GT-Rs are so cool! But, the best one in this vid is definitely MCR's R34 Skyline though I like the R35 better. Anybody knows who tuned the R33?
i think that blue ones runnin a lil rich!!
Huh....its hard to find any of the older gt-r's in mint condition these days...
How is that fair? They all shuda been stockers so it can be seen how quick each is in factory form and possibly how far the GTR has progressed
Yeah, and besides only 500 LFA's are going to be made. As a comparison, for example GT-R is a full-time production car, although handbuilt.

hi, do u think r34 can beat r35 stock for stock around a track?
No, the R35 will kill the R34 but tuned is a different story
R33 still have some biting fang left, amazing what can a computer swap can do to put a huge gap between R32 and R33, even though using the same power plant, but alas got left in the dust with dated 4WD system and ceramic turbo...
u have to say that the amuse r35 is sick man
