First the bad. It's crude and the 3 cylinder is loud and has a lot of vibration. Have had a lot of bolts back out. The F/R shifter had a sloppy feel. It's nothing to compare with a newer name brand tractor. It lacks refinement. Had some fuel issues with trash in the tank and a stopped up screen in the tank. injector lines rubbed through due to no clearance between them and the battery pan. The good. They're usually much cheaper than a comparable size tractor and they're capable. The drive train has been leak free. Really impressed by no leakage in the front drive axle. It's strong. It sips fuel. Can get parts from ITP solutions. Prices seem to be going up in price. I haven't found many interchangeable parts between it and a Ford. Keys, weights, dash, things like that. Good luck if you get one. There is a message board on tractor by net with a farmtrac forum with some useful info.
I have the same tractor, could someone let me know if the steering uses the same hydraulic oil as the transmission, or does it use power steering fluid.

i think i have the exact same cylinder design on my mahindra. It's a 2006 model 6000 4wd.
How do you like the 665? Looking at a 555DTC. Are these rebadged Fords? And do the 665 use the same steering cylinders as the 555s
