I bought this keyboard (Black with Tactile switches) following all the hype! Key points:
    1. Out of the box, its rather underwhelming. Noisier than I expected with alot of resonance through the case when typing. Adding O rings to the keycaps/switches make a HUGE difference to the noise levels, as does adding the included sponge pad underneath the keyboard. I might buy a proper keyboard sound dampening pad for it.
    2. Key typing action is good for a low profile keyboard though the keys do feel like they bottom out every quickly. Would suit typists who have a lighter touch than those who hammer their keys with alot of force.
    3. Keyboard backlighting is hopeless / practically useless as the LEDs are at the top of the keycap rather than behind where the letter/symbol is on the keycap, and far too dim.
    4. Having F-Keys set to F-Keys rather then Media Keys by default is annoying particularly when Lofree provide no way of changing this through software. They could learn alot from Logitech ad their software .
    Overall, I'd give it 7.5/10.

Have you heard of the mechanical trackpoint keyboards? Made by a Taiwanese company, TEX. One model is called Shinobi. The trackpoint buttons are odd because they're regular, square keys (also mechanical).

Yes I've seen their keyboards. One day I want to try a whole bunch of TrackPoint keyboards.

It has a good set of features. I would have liked to see some programmable features. As a typing experience, very servicable.

Sounds really good! Do you know how these phantom keys compare to the ghost switches?

This was my first low profile keyboard so I haven't had the chance to test the Ghost switches.

I remember seeing this Kickstarter campaign while scrolling on Facebook. The price in the first wave of pre-orders (USD109) was tempting, but I'm just too invested in Logitech gear that I had to pass it up, even if the design, build and concept were all too promising (and I remember Lofree being featured on :3ildcat 's videos).
With the current pricing, however (and going back to Logitech), in my mind, enthusiast perks aside, cross-shopping for me between the Flow and a MX Mechanical Mini is inevitable, and I would pick the latter, but that's just me.
Still, looks nifty. Had I had tons of space to accomodate one more keyboard (and was more on the move with my work), I would have picked it up.

I wish more custom keyboards existed with them too. It's why I bought a separate one. Seems silly but at least I can swap keyboards without losing my numpad.

Haha, I mean, it is "low" profile, but yeah, not "free" for us.
