Local Dog Catches Phantom Thief (No DLC/Heartless Joker)

For context, Koromaru is hard to run since if you also run Junpei, Joker using Blazing Hell will count as a rule break since they both block Fire. But, I wanted to show that it is possible to clear this fight with Koromaru.
