No point, she have huge resistance to all-Out attack, that's why most all people just give pass to Joker just to crush her face with some powerfull ability.
You have to use the right requirements to defeat her. She has 4 phases. Phase 1: whatever element her previous attack was, attack with the element opposite of that. Example: if she last used ice, use fire. If she last used wind: use electricity. Phase 2: she becomes highly vulnerable to status effects though she will recover from those as soon as it’s her turn. Inflict a status effect on her and score at least 1 technical hit every turn. Phase 3: she is now immune to status effects and instead becomes vulnerable to critical hits. Land at least 1 critical hit on her every turn. Fail to follow these steps and she will use her down shot, followed by instant death via all out attack. Phase 4: take too long to finish her, and she will concentrate and use a 9999 damage Megidolaon. If Futaba didn’t use her final guard until this point she’ll use it then. So you better be fast and defeat her. Oh, and every time you use a move, she’ll counterattack, so watch out.

I know im like a year late but isn't undying fury better then will of the sword for physical builds? The 30% increase from undying fury is added after the 2.5X damage multiplier from charge making it stronger then will of the sword turning the 2.5X damage multiplier into 3X damage multiplier.
Lavenza appears in New Game+. After completing the game and getting the Good ending, secure the route of the last Palace. This unlocks the hidden battle in Mementos which occurs between 1/14 and 2/2. You don’t need to defeat Justine and Caroline to unlock this battle.

I used Noire instead of Skull. Her unique skill is great for the forth phase
