Osteopetrosis and possible POTS? Worst week of my life.

Before the regular heart palpitations, chest pain, brain fog and dizziness my blood pressure was normally 110/60 down to 100/50 with a heart rate of 55 to 65 bpm resting and 80 to 100 bpm intense physical activity, just as a guide for my normal. BP is spiking and dropping in minutes now and I have not had a resting heart rate below 65 that I can remember. Premature ventricular contractions (PVC) has already been diagnosed with a very low burden, 1 in 48 hours.
